Online orders are working now.I place my new order online.I made a mistake by doing it as soon as possible.It was supposed to be scheduled for later.I called the store immediately to tell them not to make it the woman on the phone I spoke to seemed annoyed with my request.I apologize to her for my mistake and felt like I was begging when I arrived.The staff seemed not to happy with me i felt very like everyone in here.Is mad at me?Because I messed up my order not a great feeling when your customer and you feel like your bothering them

This place is busy! They have a fully staffed kitchen with at least 10 people! The food is good, we are happy this location has come to Championsgate. However, nobody has 30 + minutes to wait for a Bagel. In this industry efficiency is everything. This location has clearly missed the mark.

Hopefully with time this location can improve!

Still getting in the rhythm of a new team and shop. Smaller shop with 7 tables and a high top community table. Can get really busy. Hasn't reached well oiled machine status yet. Surely it will get there soon. Bagels are still great. Mark and his team are making it happen.

Took my daughter here two days in a row. Noticed some on the employees waving to us which was very king recognizing locals who love this bagels and reminds me of when I was younger I went to the location in Plantation, FL. I will share some feedback, understanding your a new store and getting ready for the holiday. One of the employees named I believed Spelled Venilti (Female dark hair) Was not very nice when I walked up she looked with a stare at my daughter and I felt she kept making errors and mistakes. No good morning, not how are you. Then when I kept trying to take payment, It looked like it was going through and she never acknowledged it was not being charges. I was almost at the point of asking for the manager but he was busy. This took place at 11am (11.30). I do understand it is a new store and a lot going on, but I didn't feel her service was good or kind. I will return and be back being a local. but it was an upsetting experience

FOOD IS SO GOOD, strawberry cream cheese is and plain bagel toasted is my go to , the cheesy bagel is so good and the cookies are perfectly soft and chewy

Muffins are delicious! So happy to have an Einsteins close to home finally. Could only enjoy when traveling. Service was so friendly and staff was so energetic. Great vibe to start your day or like me on the way home from night shift. Will be becoming a regular for sure
