We sat at the bar this morning because we have never sat at the bar at a First Watch before. Our server gave us the impression that we were an inconvenience to her. Very little interaction between us. Now, when I went to leave the cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked if there was a military discount. Never asked if our meal was ok. Started digging in her purse after I charged my card. Then she realized I was still there so I could get a receipt and there was no have a nice day or anything. I worked for First Watch years ago and I swore the standard was better then that. I'll go somewhere else moving forward. Very disappointing

Ordered for delivery this morning… or at least it WAS morning when I put my order in. I understand delivery is through a third party, but the driver reported that he was waiting for my order for almost an hour (and total time since the order is about 1.5 hours) so the lack of time management is not due to the driver or the delivery app. What was supposed to be a treat for my birthday breakfast is now an extremely expensive waste that we will be throwing away since it is lunchtime now.
Also, it was $65 for two simple platters and two iced coffees which is outrageous. I was willing to pay that for what I thought would be a nice little treat with the added convenience of delivery, but not for this ridiculous wait on a Monday when there is no way the place is busy.
Again, I get that using a third party delivery app has its quirks, but we often use this app for other establishments and have never had a wait like this. Disappointed is an understatement.
