I’ve been a regular at first watch for a long time, and have tried many different first watches. This is by far the worst one I’ve been to, with many of the hosts/to-go people having bad attitudes and refusing to be friendly majority of the instances. My final straw today was ordering to-go, in which I ordered my mom a multigrain pancake. My mom has been vegan for well over a decade, and today her pancake had such a distinguished meat/patty taste she couldn’t even eat it! Whether my mother was vegan or not, there should be no instance where a pancake should overwhelmingly taste like meat/patties. I don’t know if the pans/grills aren’t cleaned/rinsed after different items are prepared(pancakes vs burgers), but it really was disappointing, and I refuse to come back to this location again. Very disappointed in the lack of preparation for food, will definitely be taking my business to another first watch.
Our breakfasts were hot, tasted great, and we're reasonably priced for the area. The staff were friendly and attentive. I'd eat here again!

Before going into the restaurant, I saw a dog in a car and told the general manager, Adriel Nazario. He was able to take care of the situation and help make sure the dog was taken care of and the windows were cracked. He did a great job and I’m very thankful he could help the situation the way he did!
