First Watch offers a great atmosphere and a solid menu, but our recent experience was mixed. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, and unfortunately, the eggs were overcooked. When we brought it to the server's attention, instead of offering to replace the entire dish, they simply brought new eggs. While we appreciated the effort, it didn’t fully address the issue since the dish as a whole was affected. However, when we mentioned our disappointment with the service, the waiter made it right by removing the meal from our bill. Overall, the food is usually good, but the service could be a bit more attentive. We'll likely give it another try.

The carrot cake pancakes are very dry. The maple bacon is delicious but a bit greasy. If going here, I would recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes.
