First Watch offers a great atmosphere and a solid menu, but our recent experience was mixed. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, and unfortunately, the eggs were overcooked. When we brought it to the server's attention, instead of offering to replace the entire dish, they simply brought new eggs. This is my second trip to a First watch. The food is great and there are a lot of choices. They also have fresh juice and excellent fruit. I've confirmed that the coffee is the same between different locations.
