So happy to give a large tip when I have great service. But walked out when I was told our party of 3 would have a mandatory 20% tip added to our bill. Nope.
10 of my family members went to the Vineland Rd Orlando location last night for my niece's birthday. We had a reservation and had to ask twice, after our reservation time, to be seated. It took a very long time to get our food and I didnt even get a drink until we got our food. I got salmon, which was very small with a tiny portion of mashed potatoes, which was $25. Went here last week. staff were slow and food came out incorrect.
Seemed like the employees didn't want to work because they were guaranteed a 20 percent tip due to policy.
