I have been to two different locations one in Novi, MI, and another one in 5.
The food was delicious. My salmon didn't come out right the 1st time .I let the server know, and they fixed my order right away. Great atmosphere at both locations. I will be a returning customer for sure .

This place catches your eye as you drive by. Inside was decorated really neat. Menu had a great selection and food was really delicious. Manager was really attentive making sure we were taken care of. Definitely would return.

This was one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever had.

If you're ever in Orlando and looking for a unique dining experience with serious Motor City flavor, Ford’s Garage is a must-visit. As a proud Detroit native, I was instantly drawn in by the incredible automobile-themed décor. The moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a vintage garage showroom—complete with classic Ford vehicles, real gas pumps, tire sinks in the bathrooms, and industrial touches that pay homage to the grit and innovation that built the auto industry. It’s a clever, nostalgic nod to Detroit's legacy, and they execute it beautifully.

Now, on to the service. The staff was genuinely kind and attentive, though clearly stretched thin that night. Even so, they handled the busy crowd with professionalism and a smile. You could tell they were doing their best, and I appreciated the effort.

The real highlight, though, was the food. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and well-prepared. I had the Signature Ford’s Burger with a side of truffle fries, and both were outstanding. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the fries came out piping hot—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Overall, Ford’s Garage delivers a fantastic atmosphere with solid food and good-hearted service. I’ll definitely be back—and next time, I’m bringing more Detroiters with me.

So happy to give a large tip when I have great service. But walked out when I was told our party of 3 would have a mandatory 20% tip added to our bill. Nope.

10 of my family members went to the Vineland Rd Orlando location last night for my niece's birthday. We had a reservation and had to ask twice, after our reservation time, to be seated. It took a very long time to get our food and I didnt even get a drink until we got our food. I got salmon, which was very small with a tiny portion of mashed potatoes, which was $25. My nephew got ribs, my niece and her daughter got chicken tenders and they were all burnt so we asked to send those 4 plates back and to have them removed from our bills. When we received the separate bills, we noticed that each had a $25 "Service Fee" added. We asked to speak to the manager who told us that this was on top of what we tip the waitress and it goes to pay the boys that bring out our plates. We had received next to NO service so we paid for the food that we did get to eat and tipped our waitress but refused to pay for a service that was horrible and weren't' told in advance about. The manager told us that we were "ghetto" and not to return to any location. We looked it up online and see that this is a "test location" for that. Horrible experience and it was so embarrassing for my nieces birthday.

Went here last week. staff were slow and food came out incorrect. Seemed like the employees didn't want to work because they were guaranteed a 20 percent tip due to policy. won't ever come back.

Won’t be going to this fords ever again with the 20% mandated gratuity. That’s not capitalism it’s not allowing me to choose. You’re in the US not another country.

The service is pretty messed up. We got 2 times wring drinks, good thing they didn't charge for it. Prices are high. Atmosphere is ok, kind of a sport bar with the parts of Ford on the walls. I'm not going again.

Vegetarian options: It's not a big choice for vegetarians.

I went to this place and it took more than 20 minutes for a waiter to serve me and at the next table a friend arrived after me and they served him right there, what a lack of ethics I was first and I decided to leave the place I do not recommend it The attention is very bad from the waiters.
