Update new management took care of me.
Good pastries and nice people. Pricing very high though for pastries.

Giving it one star is giving it a lot. I just bought a cheese croissant and I ordered it to take away. When I'm getting in my car, I'm going to eat a piece and it turns out it's a total rock. I went back to the store to tell the girl if this was it. today and he tells me yes things that are not possible since if I bit into that croissant my tooth was going to fracture and he tells me that he cannot return it or exchange it or anything, it really seems like a terrible service to me and also an abuse that They sell something that is inedible, the cashier who serves is rude and has zero customer service. They should see who they hire there. I left them their piece of stone to see if they could give it to a dog and it would hurt a dog's teeth and look, I have eaten there. I know when something is fresh I went to get robbed
The service could be better, they don't try hard, the food is nothing special. It seems expensive to me for what it is. There are better Latin restaurants around.

How unfortunate to see a place with so much delicious food and such terrible service. It's 7:12pm Saturday Oct. 12, 2024
We couldn't get even a greeting or a smile from the girl who served us! Terrible service. And I took the time to leave this because it would be a shame to see a business fall as many do because of employees like that.

I recently tried the Colombian empanadas, and they were really good! I’d rate them 4/5, though they were a bit too greasy—my brown paper bag was soaked through.
I also had the passion fruit mousse dessert, which I didn't enjoy. It seemed over-beaten and had a waxy aftertaste, plus it lacked the strong passion fruit flavor.
The cakes are beautiful but expensive. I bought the Dulce de Leche with strawberries roughly 44$ 9” for 8-10 people. I’d give it a 3/5; while the taste was good, the frosting wasn't great, and the filling was minimal. The cake itself was dense and dry rather than light and spongy.
Overall, I’d come back to try other items, and the employees were really nice!

I called today to see if they were open and the person who answered the phone was very abrupt. He told me that “if I am answering it means we are open” and hung up on me. He never came back to a place that treats its customers like that. We don't have electricity and I just wanted to eat something hot with my family. If you don't want to work and help people, then stay at home.

We called today to see if they were open after Hurricane Milton and a lady answered the phone and said “if we’re answering the phone it’s because we’re open” in a very rude tone and then proceeded to hang up the phone. Terrible customer service and extremely rude staff.

Terrible, the tasteless cheeses, super hard, the spinaca empanadas with cheese, it seems like they forgot to add the cheese and very expensive for their quality.

I have been visiting their stores for some time in both Davenport and Orlando and I really like their Pastry and Cafeteria Service. I highly recommend them.
But today, Sunday, I had a very bad experience with a Ham Panchito since its ham content was inedible and of very poor presentation, so I had to throw it in the trash without first showing it to the saleswoman who took a photo of it.
They should take care of the Quality of their Products…..I will try to go only to have the Cafecito and some other product hoping not to have this bad and unpleasant experience again…..
