Purchased items for a bunch of people but we were missing items we paid for. Called them back but no one cared to help us get a refund for the missing items, told us to come back to the store. So their mistake is our problem and will cost us more time and fuel for $10 worth of missing stuff…
No customer resolution on their website, no help on the phone, just told “I don’t know.” Who is going to refund us for missing items from our order?

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. It was my first time visiting, and the woman who assisted me was patient as I decided what I wanted to order. The food pricing was quite fair, and they're very careful with packing your food (I was ordering to go). All in all, will be coming back! Also, I highly recommend their chocolate Fantasia cake.

4 leches was super yummy. However the tiramisu had too mush coffee taste to it and also had too much of the powder on top and I choked on it. I took one bite and knew I couldn't continue to eat it. The powder on top after I tried to see how much powder was on there stained my finger. I tried to replace with another 4 leches because this tiramisu wasn't and and explained what happened and she told me she wouldn't do anything for me because that's how the pasty is. That is not true...at all. I've had tiramisu in alot of places and never felt like I was choking on a pound of powder. I tipped them and tipped them well for nothing and in return we got treated like crap. They are very rude here. Except the girl that helped us when we walked in. She was amazing and sweet and I dont know where she went after we ordered but she wouldn't of treated us this way I know that. The rest of the girls act like they're too good for anyone.

Fortune is an excellent bakery, the food is delicious and fresh every day. The food is excellent, typical Colombian food. The service is excellent, especially Rachel's, for her attentive service.

Decided to stop here after a movie. It was cute and clean and all the staff were really nice and patient. We picked several different sweets to take home and honestly they were all amazing. I definitely will be coming back.

Cute place latte was good

The employees here are wonderful, very helpful and informative about the goods they sell. A great place for a quick coffee and sweet treat! The savory options are plentiful! Can't reiterate this enough wonderful staff!!
