Prices, service, and food was decent if it weren’t for the tipping scam they are pulling. In small print at the bottom of the menu it says “15% gratuity included in every bill”. I noticed this - when I ordered my food and drinks I used my chip card in the machine and paid the total amount. After I paid, I was shocked to see he provided me with a visa receipt to add a tip and enter the total/sign. Before doing this, I said can I please have an itemized receipt. The worker huffed and puffed and said it’s not possible until you’ve signed the other one. I signed the other one and sure enough, not only was there already a 15% tip included, they want you to tip ON TOP of the tip that you have already paid. Extremely dishonest. I don’t mind tipping well for good service - but if you are going to include the tip be open and honest with your guests about this and allow them to have full visibility of what they are paying for.

We just went to Frankie's and had nachos. Very disappointed! We ordered and went poolside. Finally went in and boy behind counter said,"was wondering where you went." Came in plastic bag, to go container. Had to ask for a fork. For this price, definitely will NOT go back!! Learned our lesson.

Service was pretty bad, workers were not busy and were constantly on their cell phones. Never got our drinks we ordered, eventually got waters out of car in parking lot, and as far as arcade they manage, that’s ran even more unprofessionally.

Excellent food and drinks. The servers and bartenders are always friendly. Much better value then other nearby restaurants. It’s located within Regal Palms Resort which is behind a large shopping center. Definitely worth it.

Great bar and grill. Food is really good with very reasonable prices. Right next to an arcade with tons of kids games. Frankie Farrell’s is also kid friendly with a pool table. You won’t be disappointed!
Got great service from the staff. Pizza was big and tasty for the price. Was expecting something much smaller. Ice cream selection and toppings was fantastic. I’ve never had so many toppings on an order of ice cream lol.
