I visited this place a month ago with my 11yo niece. At the time, we had no idea this place was no longer Menchies. Upon walking in the store, I noticed it had completely changed.. the walls were all white and bland, the paper labels for the flavors were barely on the wall, the toppings counter was a complete mess, with half empty bottles of syrup, and contamination of spoons ending up in other containers, and toppings all over the place. It felt like an unclean office space, white and uninviting.
Not to mention the cashier at the register was barely out of high school and didn't know how to do a lot of things (no hate to the guy though, he was nice).
Don't get me started on the signs too.. talking about upcharges on the toppings and ingredients (toppings were included with Menchies I might add); as well as signs of absolutely no refunds whatsoever, what a customer drops they have to pay for, and you are not allowed to eat or sample anything before paying for it, unless you want a surcharge of 5$.
I wanted to walk away and go somewhere else, and I probably should have.. but my niece really wanted to try the froyo and who am I to say no to her? I stuck through it for her, and I regretted it, still do. I paid 60$ for two small cups of froyo, no huge addons or toppings, no extraordinary flavor combinations, just vanilla and chocolate. I could go to cold stone and pay less for the same amount of ice cream and toppings that I got there.. it is baffling. The froyo also tasted artificial and boring, the chocolate in particular had a strong chemical aftertaste, like it was made with bitter, cheap syrup. My niece was happy, but I was amazed that this place was even established, much less still in business.
This place is a completely different place from Menchies, and it is tarnishing the name. I don't even think they are owned by the same people. I have a lot of good memories of going to get froyo with my mom as a kid, and I cannot understate how disappointing this place is.
I recommend you go to Posner Plaza to get ice cream instead. Sure it's not frozen yogurt, but they have good flavors and prices. You will pay a quarter of the price at Spoons and Sprinkles or Twistee Treat in Posner, for significantly better dessert (my niece loves it too, bonus points to her).
This place is a complete sham and I would rate it 0 stars if I could. The only star goes to the cashier at the time, a kid doing his best to keep the place running, the prices and corporate rules are not his fault. Never go here, unless you want to be VERY disappointed.

I posted this review under their other business name "Frosty Froyo".. Prices are not posted which since I got home and did a little research is illegal. You don't find out the price is 84 cents an ounce until you get to the register. I asked the worker to please pass on the complaint that prices were high and not posted "Oh I won't I don't own this place I don't care." I have since tried to call several times and no answer the voice mail memory is full. Like others have said, they watch you like a hawk. The cheesecake bites were rancid, and the toppings tasted like plastic.
Also, it is a violation of Florida Statutes not to have prices posted. —A seller shall conspicuously and clearly display the price per package or unit and the unit price in close proximity to the display of the commodity in such manner as may be established by rules of the department.

Terrible flavors… i miss menchies
I purchased $10 of chocolate ice cream. I went to my car and tried the ice cream it was RANCID. I went to the counter, the manager tried the chocolate and AGREED that it tasted off, but there was “nothing they could do”. They would rather their customers eat sour ice cream and potentially get sick then let me get a new cup. I understand there are rules but not with dangerous milk products. Will never be going back and neither should you. Support someone else who values their customers!!
