I do not get impressed by many restaurants these days, but this restaurant and the employees worked very hard tonight. I stood by the register waiting for my Togo order and watched these people work. everyone has a job and everyone knew what they were doing. Not a single person was standing around, they were constantly busy- the ladies at the Togo station were kind and patient with everyone. They had all their Togo orders in order. The food portions were great, and I do have to say kudos to this establishment. It was worth every second and dollar. Great job everyone!!!

Service is excellent, the place is very clean and pizza are very good, 100% recommend
Getting out and back onto Sand Lake road meant going to the lower back exit... Which people have turned into a dumping ground. That's the only down side.

Just got pizza from there today and my compliments to the chef. The crust was perfect and so was the cheese to sauce ratio. I’d order again.
I'm used to eating pizza at Giovanni's, very tasty pizza, but this time I ordered a calzón to take away with three toppings and unfortunately they only put two toppings and the dough of the calzón was raw. It made my soul hurt because I was sure that they were going to put pepperoni, green pepper and cheese on it. They didn't put any green pepper in it.

Horrible wait time estimate for to go orders. If you order anything but pizza, double your wait time.
Update after two hours I canceled my order as they could not tell me when it would be ready.. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
Response by owner is not correct. Online order placed at 6:15pm. Credit for cancelled order was posted at 8:17pm. Credit card transactions confirm times. Order was cancelled after 4 different people told me the kitchen was backed up and could not tell me when the order would be ready!
