Disappointed the pizza was undercooked and soggy, I mean really wet. Had one small piece and most of that was left on the plate as the only part cooked was the outside crust. The server did not ask if I wanted something else. Server kept change from check and only returned the twenty I asked to break. Bad food and questionable integrity. SMH
Tonight we had our usual meatball sandwiches which included a side salad. We order this about once a week and have never,until this evening, been disappointed. The meatballs were only half meatballs, I believe were always full size meatballs,side salad with no dressing and hard, dried out bread. The only thing eatable were the half meatballs. I called to speak with the manager, I talked to Dominic who informed me we always get half meatballs, the bread was probably overcooked...
Davenport location made our night. You have a lifelong customer. Truly amazing service. THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered food through the website and Uber did not deliver our order. They had their own employee jump in the car and drove a brand new order to us.
