Wow I’ve never seen a dirtier kitchen. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and I guess they don’t have separate women’s and men’s restrooms both of them we’re disgusting like poop on the seat disgusting. There were only 2 employees the manager and the girl in the drive thru window. It’s 12:30 in the afternoon you’d think they’d have more employees. The most important thing about this review is that neither one of them were wearing gloves! And the girl in the drive thru was helping with with food orders and she’s obviously working with money and never put gloves on. That’s scary. We waited 10 mins just to get our order taken and another 20 mins to actually get our to go order. They were also just yelling at each other the whole time about orders that were made or not made. I wouldn’t come to this location unless you want to get food poisoning I’d give it a zero if I could.

As others have stated, being asked to pull forward to wait for your meal is dumb, especially when there's nobody in line behind you. Its lunch time and this place is dead for a reason. My $12.51 combo was disgusting.

I had one of the best experiences at Hardee’s Today. Rashaan and Rakita (sorry if I misspelled or confused the names!) had the best customer service, and a charming sense of humor. They were both very sweet and I hope there are more good times to come
I certainly hope the building has top-tier phenomenal service, because I will never use their online ordering system again. After accidentally placing my order as pickup instead of delivery, I initially discovered that there's no area to manage an order, then realized they also have no real customer support. The number for this location doesn't work, so I've had to put my feedback in the general website feedback section and just hope that someone responds. I placed a second order, delivery this time. My food arrived cold, one of my items is missing despite being recorded on the receipt, and I've tried reaching out to the delivery driver (which apparently runs through Doordash) only for this person to repeatedly hang up my calls after a few rings. I originally had a craving for their cinnamon rolls - they come out warm and gooey when I order in the drive-thru! The image attached is NOTHING like the quality of food I used to expect. I'm debating if it's even been properly cooked. Overall, this leaves me with a very sour taste in my mouth about this whole chain and their severe absence of any customer support. Will not be ordering again.

Twice I received old, cold, unappealing food from this location. Maybe its just me and they don't want my service and that's OK, but I used to a be a loyal customer. No longer. If you are looking for fast food, save your money and time and go somewhere else.
