I have always loved IHOP for many years and this location has been very wonderful to me. Definitely a place I visit frequently.

Food was great as always but the service today was horrible. The hostess was gone for a while so we all were standing there not sure what is going on. After ordering, my food was missed so just got pancake and had to wait for food. Then waited a long time to get the bill. Had to ask the hostess to get it for us and still didn't get the bill. We got there at a little before 11am and didn't get to leave until 12:15pm. Plus the whole time the "Manager " was just walking around bussing table and not guiding the staff at all.UPDATE: Things have change. Would say new management. Service was great. Food was fresh and hot.

Shamika was an absolute star! She coped with our food preferences (one child with severe food intolerances/avoidance issues) so our breakfast outing was a total pleasure. We will be back.

Unfortunately the service we received on the day from front of house was awful. Waiting staff were lovely and working hard though. We did go at a busy time but there was a total lack of organisation and the front of house clearly didn't want to be there.

Ordered over medium eggs, first got very undercooked over easy, then they gave over hard. The French toast was stale and cold, they burned the turkey bacon. Basically everything was inedible.Our server Shamika was great, just wish the food was better.

when we entered the restaurant, we immediately entered and sat down on the sofas, the waitress came up and said that you cannot sit down on your own until you are invited, nowhere was it written that you need to sit down by invitation, we had to wait about 20 minutes for us to paid attention and accepted the order. Minus for this restaurant for the service
Arrived as a party of 11, given a table for 10 so had to organise ourselves for the additional setting. Ordered food and then had to wait for 70 minutes before getting any food - and then one meal was missed.

Food was disgusting...coffee was dreadful...my crepes were cold and instead of making new ones at first they took them back and microwaved them and brought them back out ...I said no and to bring me fresh ones...they acted like it was something unusual...like for real what kind of standards do you have as a restaurant? On top of that it was 41$ for 2 meals and the food was absolutely disgusting I didn't finish it everything I left half eaten....I will never go back there again
