The first day we ate here it was good enough for us to come back the next day. We got some Vegan Nachos that were very small for $21. The Mushroom PoBoy was loaded with day or two day old mushrooms. Burger was alright. Cheese burger spring roll was the best but you could taste that it wasn’t freshly made. Portions will piss you off. We spent $200 on food and trashed most.

The Jamaican plate.Well , what can I say . Let’s start by saying when I pulled up and she opened the window I was greeted with most beautiful smile and pleasant attitude. Eim handed me my food and I told her thank you. I went to my car and started to taste everything , Y’all when I tell you I could not move my car . The food is so dang good, everything was seasoned to perfection. So I saw she collard on the menu so I went back and ordered the collard greens and baby it was a party in mouth. Before I left I asked Eim if would mind making my brunch for my nieces party (they are not vegan) on Sunday and of course she delivered . I had the loaded nachos and the cheeseburger egg roll…… it was awwwmazing!!!!!Go check out InnerG Cafe in winter haven. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely Delicious!!!As a truck driver, I've tried vegan restaurants in over 20+ different states. InnerG Cafe, hands down has been my absolute favorite! It was my first time checking this spot out and I’m in love.Food: I wanted to give this place a real shot, so I order the Jamaican Jerk Jackfruit plate with greens and mac and cheese. A side of potato salad. And the Cheeseburger eggrolls. Everything was seasoned to perfection. A perfect balance of spice from the jackfruit, the Quinoa was delicious on its own. The greens were on point. The plantains and muffin were sweet and yummy. And the mac and cheese taste better than most places that use dairy. I’ve been vegan for over a year and to find this gem of a food truck in Florida, really made my day. The potato salad had to be some of the best I’ve ever had. And the egg rolls taste just like the Big Mac at McDonald’s. Even better. Very generous portions as well. One plate could easily feed two people.Professionalism: the lovely lady there called to let me know the chickpea salad wasn’t available and upon request she swapped it out for an extra Mac and Cheese, which was my favorite item out of all i ordered. I don’t know if she cooked the food, but if she did, She really knows what she is doing. I even tipped extra due to the wonderful customer service.Price: for the Jamaican plate, cheeseburger eggrolls and the 2 extra sides, I paid about $70 bucks. I personally believe a business should charge what they believe their food is worth. I can honestly say it was worth every penny. I come to Florida often and this will be my new go to spot. I’ll be looking forward to trying the chickpea salad next time I’m in town.Location: easy to spot. I parked my truck with a tank attached on the street with no problems. I ordered ahead of time. You can’t miss the bus. Easy in and out. Everything was packaged neatly and ready to go upon arrival.Thank you for the wonderful experience and great food.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

This unique plant based bus some of the most flavorful and delicious vegan comfort food I’ve had. They offer a variety of plant based cuisine. Although the Jamaican plate is a bit pricey the flavor of the jerk jackfruit is worth every penny! Everything on my plate was cooked to perfection. I not live in this area but with food this good it’s worth the trip. I highly recommend this spot. I made the trip because I read a review that said ”the best vegan food I’ve had” I absolutely agree with that reviewer the food and service is amazing.

This is directly from the mouth of a person who consistently, and actively eats Caribbean food, the flavors are there! Although in my opinion this was the issue with my experience, I spent $72 on 2 vegan plates, and sides (up charges on sides), the Jamaican plate and the Haitian plate. In the jerk gravy you could still taste fresh ginger and all the potent herbs from the jerk sauce, that are typical cooked and reduced down to a fine brown gravy, no butter beans was incorporated into the gravy for the Jamaican plate, also the oyster mushrooms coated with jerk gravy sauce , kind of short handed the plate because, in my opinion the Jamaican plate should include the classic Jamaican style rice and peas, in which , a bed of plain quinoa was just included which was kind of disappointing. The Haitian plate was the better of the two, in which all the flavors were there for the dish, and the meat and rice replication was implemented finely. The corn bread muffin was more of a sweet spiced muffin, and the collard greens and potato salad was top tier , vegan Mac n cheese is delicious and honestly couldn’t believe everything is plant based. With me spending around $72, I did receive a refreshing drink on the house, it was so delicious, strawberry lemonade, I will definitely return, but will most likely give appetizers a try this go around. I will never complain about the prices a small business charge, that’s why I just leave a detailed and transparent description of my experience for 2 plates and sides, for $72.

Such a great little gem- So glad we found it after visiting Peppa Pig Theme Park with our daughter. Delicious vegan food, wish we had ordered more to go for tomorrow! We had the nachos, egg rolls, potato salad, mac & cheese, and the butternut squash, and everything was fantastic. Also had some great conversation with the owner, who was very kind to deliver our food to the seating area. Our daughter loved the bus decor, cornhole game and twinkle lights as well. We will definitely be going back if we're ever in the area again! ?

Honestly, even the fries were somehow stale, soggy and overcooked as if the oil wasn't hot. Once you're let into the padlocked iron gate, you can sit under a canopy with molded salt that is waterlogged from sitting outside permanently.

Vegan or not the food is phenomenal, quality ingredients made with love. Don’t let the bus fool you. There’s a ton of nice seating in the back and an indoor bathroom. I rarely leave reviews but this one is well deserved!
