This store consistently cheats me out on proper meat portions. One time, a long time ago, they even substituted with meats that were not Jersey Mike's. Im convinced they sent someone across the street to Publix to buy ham, instead of letting the customer know they were out of ingredients. These subs cost too much for them to be cheating their customers. Do not get your subs from this store. Every other store seems to be fair, except this one. I order from Jersey Mike's often because the taste is similar to what we had when we lived in Jersey, but I have let this stuff slide without saying anything for far too long. Done.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star because the red head lady named cruise is a very rude lady but the other staff is amazing never had an issue with the other staff. We heard other guests had a problem with the red head lady my mom tried to get a sub in a tub with only veggies and she said no you needed to get meat and rushed everyone the only reason we go back is for the other crew

I waited over 7 minutes to place my order. A lady comes in and the staff falls over her and gets her order placed immediately. That is sexual discrimination

Ordered takeout and we didn’t get our order for 25 minutes after our pickup time. I think it’s a corporate thing because when I tried ordering in Winter Garden, its soonest pick up time was 45 minutes so I’m not sure if the staff can try to push out the time at all or if corporate had a hold on them?

I placed an online order. Called and spoke to Justin, and asked for the sub to be heated. Something I know for a fact they can do. He refused. He then sent me my sub with day old (I work for this company I know it's day old) raw bacon. Please don't eat here unless you want to get food poisoning. And shout out to Justin for saying you can't put food on the grill because they put meat on the grill. School is failing these kids. Update! Decided to try them again. Ordered a simple #8 mayo and bacon only. I got a plain sandwhich with onion. My number 13 came dry and no extra toppings like ordered. When I called to talk to the manager I got told I never placed an order with them. Idk what kind of people they have working over here but they need new management. Someone that can actually read.

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of one of the employees, a tall redhead. She was extremely unprofessional and treated her coworkers inappropriately. It was clear she had no respect for her team, constantly speaking to them in a condescending manner and making rude remarks. It was uncomfortable to watch, and I could tell it negatively impacted the atmosphere in the store. Everyone deserves to work in a respectful and supportive environment, and this worker’s behavior was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue because it left a very bad impression.
