My order wasn't ready and the location had no idea about it.

It took forever to fix.
I had to wait in line. Speak with worker (woman helped me). She needed the order number read off a couple of times and then found it in her system and said it never printed.

I told them I was going to be late getting back to work, which I was. I had to tell my boss it was a Jersey Mike failure. I hate that their mistake led to this. Bummer. Mistakes happen. I would've liked for the location to have eaten the cost for their mistake. I absolutely wouldn't have placed the order if I knew they had system issues with getting scheduled app orders.

Allison even brought out color pages for my kids to entertain themselves while they ate lunch. What a great experience!

Been going here for years. Food and service is always good. Today I tried the new spicy chicken regular sandwich. Absolutely awesome, not too spicy in fact not really spicy at all but gave it great flavor. Lots of chicken on the sandwich as well

The food is great, and the staff is friendly, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Every time I visit, the kitchen floor is a mess, and the bathroom smells like a sewer leak!!

The front windows are always dirty, and the trash cans are often overflowing with grime and gunk on the sides. It’s especially nerve-racking to see how messy the kitchen is when I'm picking up my food.

Despite these unsanitary conditions, the food still tastes great, which is frustrating because they clearly have potential. They really need to hire a janitor or improve their cleaning routine to match the quality of their food and service.

On November 21st 2024 I had my husband walk into this store to order me a sandwich, my first time eating from jersey mikes. I asked him to place an order of the number 44 which to me sounded like the best sub on the menu. Nothing else sounded appeasing. He brought the sandwhich home to me, I took one bite and immediately was repulsed by the taste. He took the sandwich back to try and get a refund, there was only an assistant manager there at the time, to which I don’t remember her name but when he expressed to her that I didn’t like the sandwich, they asked him what was wrong. He told them that to me the sandwich was disgusting and soggy, she then replied “the sandwich is supposed to be soggy” and just offered to remake it. My husband refused this offer to which the assistant manager told him there is nothing else they can do about it as they do not give any refunds. The store assistant manager was not understanding, quite rude and also there was another worker there making the sandwiches who jumped into the conversation and told my husband to just go away because he is not getting a refund. These people are so unprofessional, I still have the nasty sandwich sitting in my fridge with no resolution. No money back. I am trying to get in touch with corperate now at this time, and next steps will just to be a charge back from my bank. This is very unacceptable and I won’t be a returning customer and I will make sure to share my experience with others.

Went in for veterans day to get the free sub that was advertised but they said they don't do it there. I guess the hate veterans

Had an issue with the food after I got home and noticed it was missing cheese...when I called the establishment the girl debated back and forth that I was wrong..and I'm literally looking at my food to let them know. I wrote to the company mainly bc of her rudeness and NO response...NO called me, even when I asked.

This is the best Jersey Mike's I've ever had the privilege of having lunch in. Everything was extremely fresh. The deli meat was cut right in front of us and they catered to my wife's gluten allergy without any hesitation whatsoever. They cleaned the surfaces, changed their gloves, and took care to made sure there was no cross contamination but did it with a smile and never made it seem like a burden! Amazing service and great subs.
