La Colombianita Restaurant

The server assigned to our table told us she couldn’t mix us a cocktail because she was too busy therefore at the moment they couldn’t offer mixed drinks, the table next to us ordered the same drink as us and they did get the drink.
After the manager came to our table and ask how was everything, we explained to him that we were disappointed about not having the ability to get a drink, he proceeded to tell us that he will get the drink , later the server came back to our table to tell us that she never said they didn’t have cocktails.
I had never experienced anything like this. Overall it was not the best experience.

First timer and I am satisfied with my decision to eat here. Erica our server was super profesional, friendly and very welcoming. Her help to choose the right meal for the occasion felt like just speaking to a family member. The quantity of food served I recommend to come with an appetite or you will be taking it home as it plenty for a grown up person. I am very strict with my meals and takes me much to be pleased, I do highly recommend this restaurant.

First time that I stopped on this place, I was hoping to get a quick bite while I continue working ,then found out that they have casuela de frijoles and I had to stay waiting for it!. I couldn’t take it to go. I immediately called my family and told them about this place. My son ordered another plate the same that I order
iand my wife ordered the steak !
It came out extremely nice ! What a good experience! the flavors , and the combination of the different kinds of meat and the chicharron fresh “hogao” just melted in my mouth!
salty food combined with mature plantains and combine with rice and beans and sausages. It was to die for!
Could only have 10 bites and I have to take my food home gotta wait till I go back and eat it again
. Nice people nice waiters. The place was very packed with customers and of course, most of them were in Spanish ( foreign) people is that’s what we eat!
This place it’s almost 2 hours away from my house, but I’ll look out for another work excuse to be here.

La Colombianita Restaurant is a hidden gem for anyone who loves authentic Colombian flavors! The empanadas, pandebonos, and buñuelos were absolutely delicious — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of traditional taste. The place has a cozy and welcoming vibe, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a little taste of Colombia away from home. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

I came here for lunch with my finance. We received a warm greeting at the door and the experience only got better from there. Their natural juices are delicious. We had a passion fruit juice and it was incredible. My fiancé and I split some empanadas and the “arroz paiza”. Both were delicious. The only thing I will say is that during busy times try and come in early because there isn’t much parking. But aside from that it was all amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Colombian cuisine.

Yesterday, 8/4/25 from Sebring to the restaurant, it was around 9 and a little more. We only went there for empanadas and they were already closed before 10. It's disrespectful. Even if they don't have customers, they should respect their hours.

We went in for breakfast, the place was empty and there was only one server. There was a gentleman there who told us to have a seat and brought us our menus. Our server was very nice, but she was doing everything on her own and so it took a little while. But, not her fault. We had the appetizers, empanadas, papa rellena, pan de bono, and a buñuelo. They were all good. The huevos rancheros were good, as well. The huge cup of cafe con leche was the absolute BEST! Overall, 4 🌟
