Customer service was not good. Several ppl were upfront when I entered and I did not receive a greeting , however the person that walked in after me did. I consider myself a very pleasant person so this confused me. Disappointed to say the least. Food was great, staff could be more professional and maybe minimize cell phone use infront of customers.
Man, I hate to leave bad reviews.
But when I first move to providence, I was super excited, I found a good restaurant food tastes so good in the beginning.
Then I started to notice it wasn't the same. Anymore, so I gave it another try. And it it didn't get any better so yeah, it's Saturday, I decided to give it one more try.
And again, the food it does not, it tastes the same anymore. It sucks because you guys used to be super good.👎👎👎👎👎
Friendly service, not busy. Food is good. Plenty of parking. Quiet inside. Oldies music playing in the back ground.
This is the first time in over a year since we ordered food here. We stopped ordering because the last 2 orders were missing items and the quality of the food wasn’t great. We decided to try again after we saw recent good reviews and this time we got everything we ordered and the food was excellent. I don’t know if management changed or what but I’m glad they got back to good service like they were when they first opened.
Great warm atmosphere. Orange chicken wasn’t good at all. But hibachi chicken was great. Robot brought us check. Waitress was top notch. Hailey I think her name. Will come again. Boba tea was good
I love this place. The food is great, the staff is friendly and the prices ain't bad either. I've eaten here several times and I am always satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The place it’s clean and services was good.
Food wasn’t that good, they served not hot enough, and was barley meet in my order but I got a plate full of onions and green peppers.
Now what really makes mad was the fact I asked for the WiFi password because I work remotely and the server told me unfortunately the internet it’s down but all tables at front were working perfectly fine and reciting orders.
Owner should think about the ones we spending money over there while we work.

My family of 5 arrived at 8:40pm (husband/wife, kids-13,9,4) and we were asked if we were dining in and how many. Guy gets up to seat us and a woman cleaning tells him that they can’t seat large parties after 8:30pm. Tell the guy it’s literally us and our 3 children. He goes to the back and comes back and says it’s still a large party. Never in my life have I ever experienced such nonsense! Will not be supporting this business! Let me also mention, the restaurant was practically empty- only had 1 table occupied at that time.

We did a 5 dinner take out and when we got home...NO RICE. We have an account here so I called and asked them what happened to the rice. She said they must have forgotten it. I asked to have credit for the missing part of my meal put on my account. She said the rice is free so they can't. I asked if rice went with the meal and she said yes. I asked how a missing part of my meal can be considered free? I paid for 5 full neals. No customer concern. Poor business with all the other places out there. I know I will be trying a new place or two.
Plus the food was just ok. More attention to orders and customer satisfaction is needed.

Came in for dinner on 12/26/2024. I ordered a Hibachi chicken without vegetables. Server brought out my order with vegetables mixed in with the chicken. Server stated I will have a new one made correctly, literally 2 minutes go by, Server returns with my new order and stated to me " the cook had just made another plate without veggies" when I looked through my chicken I can see that their was still vegetable residue on the at the bottom of the plate.
Clearly indicating that they took the veggies out of my chicken and transferred it to another plate. This is unsanitary and ethically and morally wrong. Once a plate of food is removed from a table it should not return to the kitchen and be swapped onto another plate and brought back to the customer, especially after I was told it would be made fresh.
It is sad to have to experience this, because I have been here multiple time's and the food has been good, but I don't recommend anyone to eat here. It's unsanitary.
My wife and adult son went here on Christmas for dinner while on vacation. The spring rolls were cold and my shrimp lomein was heavily soaked in soy sauce. This is a basic Chinese restaurant, nothing special.

I got the 6 piece wings with a side of fries. The wings on their own have 0 flavor, but with the Bang Bang sauce I got on the side, 5🌟 out of 5 🌟. The fries are the best fries I've had in a while!!
