I ordered online for 6pm. I arrived earlier, they did mynpizza in 5 minutes. The lady was very nice. Its a good pizza when youre in a hurry, with good prices.

Terrible service. Ordered food online. They gave the food to someone else and just looked at me when I got there. . Did give me a refund because I was not going to wait another 40 minutes but ridiculous. Very disappointed. Will continue to go to dominos that is right next door and not go here.

Terrible service..... Very very bad service and a long wait for 1 pepperoni pizza and a soda, the store was empty and I had to wait 44 minutes. When I claimed my order, the employee and cashier BRANDON C. came out with an attitude saying that I had to turn around when he just told me to wait in front for my order, to make matters worse he gave me the order without the soda and touch and ignored me when I called him for the 2nd time for my soda he made me wait 7 min. further.

Custom orders almost always incorrect. Don't know why I try. ?
Ie. I ordered crazy bread stuff crust and got pale plain stuff crust with no flavor. Missing extra ingredients etc.
It's still edible for the most part. Never tastes especially bad or anything (except the one time I got spoiled sausage, I don't order sausage anymore)

This place never answers their phones. Called 16 times about an order that was never supposed to go to this location and they never answered their phone. Called the one in Haines city and they answer their phone. The people at this store need to learn to answer a phone that is for the business!!!
