Today at 12:00 pm I picked up a order for 15 different pizzas. A young man name Brandon had my order ready on time and took the time to help us load up my SUV. Customer service was A-1 Brandon was very efficient and awesome personality . Thank you Brandon because of you we will definitely be back

Wanted to say thank you to the team at Little Caesars for taking care of my last minute 20 pizza order. We had to cancel our cookout last minute and they were able to cook the pizzas in under 40 minutes and the kids ate them just as quick.

I honestly think that the people that work in this establishment just work for a check!!. they don’t cook the pizza all the way they also gave my order incomplete and when the receipt was showed they gave me a pizza that I did not order the pizzas weren’t even sliced they were very spongy this isn’t the first time this has happened but imagine coming out of work after a long day and you can’t even get a decent pizza because people don’t want to their jobs

I first started with Little Caesars pizza back in Delaware over 30y ago. Was fabulous. Moved to FL in 2014 and when they opened this store it was a disappointment from the start. Hoped after covid they would get better. Nope. Keep having hope and nope. Ordered a fresh pepperoni pizza today at 3:04pm. Email said it would be ready between 3:16-3:21pm. So i knew i i had to get there. Used their tracker and at 3:08p said my pizza was ready. They gave me an old pizza from the grab and go. It's not fresh. They don't fix orders. They don't pickup the phone when you call. They don't answer the drive thru when you sit there for 10 min. The staff seems like they hate their jobs when they should be thankful they have one. I wish this place could really be better instead of me traveling 12 miles to a better store

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Little Caesars since they opened, and it has always been my go-to pizza spot, just down the street from my house. However, in the past few visits, the quality seems to have significantly declined, and it’s been consistently disappointing. I’ve never been one to judge based on just one bad visit, but this has become a recurring issue.

We recently decided to switch things up with our order, thinking that maybe a change in pizza would bring a better outcome, but unfortunately, the same issue persisted. We ordered a sausage pizza, and to our surprise, there was barely any sausage on it. It's disheartening because this used to be one of our favorite places to go, and we were excited to enjoy something new, but the lack of attention to quality is starting to affect our overall experience.

I feel it’s now necessary to check the pizzas before leaving, which wasn’t something we ever had to do before. I hope this feedback encourages them to improve the consistency and quality that originally made this location our favorite.
