When the ladies are working the store is a disaster!! No drinks in the fridge. Raw pizza!! Horrible customer service.When the guys are working everything is great!! The ladies need to be retrained or replaced. It's like they don't care like the guys do.

We attended this place on July 7, 2025 after an 18 hr car ride. We were totally oblivious to what time it was and it was 10:45. Your employee at the counter very considerate when he told us that they were closing. Thankfully there were some Hot and ready’s available. That front counter employee was extremely pleasant to talk to and very cordial. Due to our experience at this location, we will definitely be back there.
Got to the store way before close as the app was having an error and would not let me place an order. Was standing in line for 15 before they took the person in front of me’s order. Immediately left the front for an additional 10 minutes, then came back to me to tell me they’re no longer accepting orders.

Very bad customer service, you have children working there with headphones, listening to relaxing music, I'm not a tourist, I'm a customer, I live right here in Davenport and it's a shame that a place is like this, it will be my last time coming to this place.

I made a call around 9:10pm and they didn’t answer but on the customer service they said they get orders until 10pm so I drive around 20 minutes and when I get to the store I wait around 10 minutes for one of the guys who works there and then they said they aren’t taking more oders so I think they should be clearer and let the customers know they aren’t taking orders after 9:40pm or idk but is very disrespectful to make the customer drive all the way to the store to then said NO
