I don't eat this garbage but my kids love it. It's cheap and easy enough. Sometimes orders are ready sometimes they take FOREVER, but this most recent visit was ridiculous. I ordered on the app, got the alert saying it was ready. I was delayed by 192 traffic after 4pm, ifkyk..I finally get there, enter my code into the "pizza portal", it opens.... EMPTY PORTAL. One employee is eating behind the counter while I'm trying to get someone's attention, was she?? Could she be?? no...right??! Another employee acted puzzled that MY name was still on the empty portal screen. After some head scratching, and pretending to look around, I'm asked what the order was, she then puts it in as if nothing happened, and I'm told to wait five minutes. 15 minutes later my order, the one I sent through the app over 30 minutes ago, is finally ready. It's okay, I got a sincere apology and some xtra bread for the inconvenience.. HAHAHA HAHAHAHA OF COURSE I DIDN'T. Okay a half-hearted apology. Just wondering if it's company policy for employees to eat a customer's pizza if they feel they took too long getting there. Just. The. Worst.

Tried the location in winter garden. It was convenient and fresh. We were staying at a local airbnb price was very reasonable . Food was delicious.
Ordered 3 pizzas and crazy bread after a long day at the parks. Order that was delivered was 1 pizza and crazy bread. The driver said he told the girl at the counter that it should be 3 pizzas and she told him it’s just one. Called customer support from the app but all they could do was a partial refund. Called the store and the employee answered the phone with “hello” and I had to ask if it was Little Caesar’s. I asked her about the order and she said “yeah I’m looking at your pizzas now” and there was nothing she could do because of various reasons. Skip this place until they can get some competent employees.

For some reason am smelling some kind of rat ? smell in every pizza made in jerey, glass stations. Don't know why and what is making this happens. We need to find out what is going on. Pizza is cheese pizza and is not only here as a said. Don't know about pizza Hut, Domino's and Papa John's or Italian ones. This started in Sept of 2023. Maybe is me
