If frustration had a flavor, it’d be whatever McDonald’s served me today. First off, the self-order kiosks were as useless as a screen door on a submarine. After poking and prodding at the screen to no avail, I ventured to the counter to find a human being. Let me tell you, finding an employee to help was like trying to catch a greased-up squirrel in a thunderstorm, nearly impossible and entirely exhausting.

When I finally managed to place my order, I figured two simple meals wouldn’t take long. Boy, was I wrong! 15 minutes later, I had aged a year, watched my patience dissolve into thin air, and still, no food. Did the employees care? Of course not! They moved at the speed of a glacier and with the enthusiasm of someone being forced to watch paint dry.

If you’re looking for a place to test your patience and question your life choices, this is the spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Went here to eat traveling across the state with my grandparents. My grandmother had a fall while we were eating inside the restaurant and apparently NO staff seemed to care. Everyone was looking, not a single staff member asked if everyone was okay, if we needed help, NOTHING. How unprofessional and disrespectful can the staff here be? So I helped my grandmother up without any assistance since everyone was clearly too busy to care for the health and wellbeing of another human. I couldn’t believe it. Worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. This place sucks, and the people hired here clearly need to work on their customer service skills. Unbelievable.

What can I say. It's McDonald's. This food was cooked and seasoned well. And they have truck parking. I was able to stage for my stop at Aldi's later that night.

They always make you park no matter what you order. Going inside is not better. Waited 20 minutes for 2 orders of fries. Too many young people that don't care about customer service.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I would not recommend this McDonald's. The girl in the drive through taking our orders was rude and could not figure out how much change to give back. They just through the food in the bag. The fries were not fresh they look like they been sitting for awhile. The sweat tea tased horrible. We spent 73.00 on food that tasted horrible and the service sucked.

I only go to this McDonald’s because it’s close to my job. So tonight being I wasn’t able to go pick it up I had to have my order delivered. I upgraded my drink to a Medium smoothie which ( I always do when I go pick up) & I pay the $2.00 upgrade charge but tonight they sent a small, with no straw, no bbq sauce which I put on my order nothing but cold fries & nuggets not even a napkin. When I called the young lady had the nerve to tell me that the medium smoothies comes in a small cup. What kind of bs is that every time I upgrade I’ve always gotten a med cup for A MEDIUM smoothie. Then she tried to tell me I would have to contact door dash but when I tell her door dash didn’t fix my order you guys did. Now she has an attitude then tells me WELL if u bring your receipt back up here we can fix it. After I’ve told her I got it delivered because I had no way to come at it. Like if I had a way to bring it back I would’ve came in person to get my food. When someone calls you all about an order that you guys messed up the least you all can do is not be rude to the person when they are explaining YOUR screw up to you!!!

Absolute chaos!! Got our orders wrong and didn't get the extra stuff we paid for!

They always have amazing service in the morning but their night crew is always slow and rude. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order at the 2nd drive thru window with barely any communication and no one in front of me or at the other window and then proceeded to wait while they took 2 orders at the 1st window which had arrived 5 minutes after I had already been waiting. The girl that helped me just clearly didn’t want to be there which is understandable. I work in food service however that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do your job.
