This McDonald's is definitely consistent. Of the last five times I've been there they always forget or miss an item. On the very last time, I kept the guy back checked my stuff. He said the manager packed it herself. I still checked and...surprise, they forgot both orders of chicken nuggets. I'm beginning to wonder if they keep them back on purpose. McDonald's corporate always reaches out,and nothing ever happens. They reach out to show that they are responding but they don't actually get anything accomplished. They may be trying but it never works.

hate to be this person but i asked for one second, one minute later i said i was ready when she was. She ignored us while the first lane had 5 cars pass. We asked her if there was a problem, why we were being ignored. She decided to sound smart ignore the question and say i can take your order now with a laugh. don’t get a job if you’re gonna act like a miserable little girl. Naomi is her name. Unlike Joe at the first window that was super sweet.

The order was simple. It wasn’t rocket science. Every single item is on the menu. The entire order was screwed up. Two missing burgers, all the fries missing one Milkshake and ended up with 10 nuggets we never ordered. All the sauces were wrong. Head here at your peril and if you do… CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Service & food was good and although busy with some messy clients. The food arrive in a timely manner but what impressed me was that Ms.Zenaida was focussed on keeping tables & sitting area very clean and the bathrooms were the cleanest we have seen in any fast food place. Kuddos to Ms. Zenaida & the corporation for choosing her. Some people take time to complain about petty things instead of when someone is doing good or positive things⭐️🍀

Mobile ordering doesn't work at this location. Same exact scenario as someone else below had where it was all right but just not working and the lady in the drive through window was rude about it. Asked can we just reorder with her and said no, we have to drive back around. Your system not working is no reason to be rude.

They said they had no ice then u went in and there was a good workin ice machine (they were being lazy) then I asked the worker for two water cups and she look at me and ignored me so rude little Latino girl bye with a lot of makeup then I asked again for honey mustard and she ignored me then I had ordered some other stuff I head them all loudly criticizing my order how rude of them worst location I’ve been to used to be good but it has sadly had horrible management they are all rude dirty bathroom and dirty tables
