Update: decided to give this location another shot since the McRib is back and guess what happened… If you guessed they didn’t put any BBQ sauce on my cold McRib, you’re right. Never again.
This location has the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Not only is it slow but their employees don’t even know what comes with orders when bringing your order to the car. And the food was bland, flavorless and the eggs burned.

The food is what it is, decent enough and convenient. The service here is slower than a turtle in Molasses, especially for mobile orders. Whether I place a mo ike order 10, 20, 30 minutes in advance even, for a Drive Thru or Mobile Pickup, I'm still waiting at least 19 minutes on arrival for my food. This is supposed to be fast food, not "Go park in a spot so we can rig/lower the drive thru wait times while you sit there for 10 minutes" food.

The food was terrible and it was barely warm. If I wasn't traveling I would have turned back around and bought it back. We were to tired just wanted to get home.
Whats the point of having the door open at night if you not going to help anyone me and other customers were waiting here for 45-1hour for our food this is bs fire the manager, will be filing a law suit.

Just save yourself a hassle and go to a different McDonald's. I've ordered here several times and never get the correct food. This time around I ordered egg and cheese biscuits and the sandwiches even have the specialty tag on them, but when I opened them they were all sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Not worth the second trip, save your most valuable asset.. time!

Ordered online for delivery, did not receive 2 Big Macs and one quarter pounder called they will not redeliver food just refund what was not received on a $100.00 order. Grandchildren without food. Absolutely unacceptable would not have ordered I am senior and cannot drive at night ! Cold fries we have to pay for

Terrible service, especially if you place a mobile order. They never have what you order, and on top of that they don't refund you, but they ask you to choose something else to “compensate” for your order. Too slow, and HORRIBLE service.
