Service & food was good and although busy with some messy clients. The food arrive in a timely manner but what impressed me was that Ms.Zenaida was focussed on keeping tables & sitting area very clean and the bathrooms were the cleanest we have seen in any fast food place. Kuddos to Ms. Zenaida & the corporation for choosing her. Some people take time to complain about petty things instead of when someone is doing good or positive things⭐️🍀

Given its proximity to Disney World and Universal, it was very busy. However, the inside was clean, and orders still came out quickly. I ordered inside the restaurant and received everything in order. In fact, it was stacked so neatly in the bag.
July 2025
I went there today during dinner and it was very busy. They were obviously holding on french fries but I was patient. I spoke to the manager Engelbert and He tried to speed up my order which He was not able to so it ended up being almost 30 minutes late, but he then made a recovery and quickly offered me a refund and made sure everything was right so my daughter could eat her dinner. Normally, Anyone would be upset, but he apologized, listened to what I said, and found a solution.
