I went there today during dinner and it was very busy. They were obviously holding on french fries but I was patient. I spoke to the manager Engelbert and He tried to speed up my order which He was not able to so it ended up being almost 30 minutes late, but he then made a recovery and quickly offered me a refund and made sure everything was right so my daughter could eat her dinner. Normally, Anyone would be upset, but he apologized, listened to what I said, and found a solution.

I went through the drive thru and I swear I got my order ( that is always a particular way) fast, hot and correct. I was so happy cause I don't usually eat McDonald's. But this location got it on lock when u having that crazy craving.

Today it just seemed like there was no manager on duty. The team had no idea what they were doing. The person running food had no idea where the orders were going, delivered the incorrect orders, and it look longer than I remember a restaurant like this ever taking.
It is especially frustrating when they send you to spots to wait when the food you ask for is relatively simple and shouldn't take the half hour to deliver.
