For the last two weeks, I have not been able to order from the app. Said the system either turned off or not working. I order one or twice a week at 4:15 am just 2 items. When I get there I have to wait another 10 to 20mins for 2 sausage mcmuffins. Most the time I'm the only one in line. One day time I waited 25 extra mins..I end up driving away

So sad – I work for McDonald’s for seven years in high school and know things are different these days mostly because we actually worked… 24 turn lay… Etc. I went through the drive-through the receipt below. I told them three times a cheeseburger only extra mustard extra onion… I told them three times along with a “regular” iced tea… I get to the drive-through had to take a pill took a sip of my sugar water and told them I asked for regular iced tea. She seemed bothered to get what I asked, for I should’ve known that point to check my hamburger when she gave that to me and instead of extra mustard, extra onion , hardly no onion and a splash of mustard… So disappointed and this McDonald’s

1st meal in florida (it was late after a flight) Unfortunately the food was terrible, there were 11 of us and everyone said the same! Burger was very poor. And food wasn't very fresh.
I ordered Uber eats and they dropped off one bag called Uber eats they said I had to deal with McDonald’s so I went and the manager told me she put everything in that one bag that was dropped off, that she remembers that was her only Uber order but when I got the bag, it was only drinks then she proceeded to say she had the cameras, but she wasn’t going to show me that it was a private company and she doesn’t even have to show the police if that was the case Why would you mention them? I had multiple items there’s no way it’s going to fit in one bag. She knew she messed up and didn’t want to replace my order, Uber eats wasn’t giving me a refund .. She argued with me and also called the cops on me for sitting in the drive-through that was my kids dinner down the drain.. smh I will no longer be spending money at McDonald’s

I've never came across such a rude employee ( Regina ). McDonald's is McDonald's when it comes to the food. You know what your getting at every McDonald's in America but the costumer service at this drive-thru ( Regina ) in the mornings is just rude! On two different occasions a week apart Regina was very rude, has zero manners. She definitely needs more training when it comes to customer service. One thing for sure she doesn't need to work the drive-thru.

Had to ask for fresh fries when clearly the ones they tried to serve through the drive thru were old and lukewarm. The drive thru attendant couldn't figure out what to ring up for the coffee I had a coupon for via the McDonalds app, when asked for hot mustard we were given honey mustard, then told to pull forward to wait. And when we asked for napkins we were treated as if we wanted a free meal or something!! By far the worst service I've had in a long time by any McDonalds and I hate to say it, this is the first review if thousands I've given that I say I WILL NOT RETURN!
