Don’t want to completely down this restaurant because they are typically very good. However, we went in on Wednesday at about 4:20pm. Hostess advised that the only seating she had was a high top table in the bar area. We prefer to not sit in bar area and high top is difficult for physically. We said we did not want high top and she said that was all she had available. FYI the dining room was empty!!! So instead of accommodating our request she allowed us to walk out and go somewhere else to dine.

Unacceptable time waiting, they didn't send a text with a link, they never came outside to check, nothing. I had to call to the restaurant and tell the person who answered that I was outside waiting. 12:55pm Do not order to pick up

Ordered the $55 steak bundle take out from Outback… the food was plentiful for 4 people and the steaks were prepared as requested! I would highly recommend it.
I ordered lunch and got the steak sandwich w potato. After paying close to 20 for my meal the food was not worth it if it is to come out cold hard not fresh. The bread was toasted , but it was hard and cold. Almost like my food was quickly cooked and then sat there waiting for pick up when it was a later pick up. Definitely was not happy with my food... for was cold and hard..

Hello people, I went to this location today very happy and excited to try outback for the first time. Unfortunately I was sadly disappointed. I had no food, no drink, and not even bread. The waitress attended to the 2 white men that arrived after us instead of serving us whom attended a whole 10 minutes before them. With that being said even though we had a reservation we still decided to leave due to lack of respect and the non-attentive attitude from the workers. (P.s. when talking to the manager he was very dismissive and hung up before we could even finish speaking. He did not care for the situation at all and that was also very dissatisfying.)

I made a reservation for 5 people and we're seated there for 15 minutes and didnt even get greeted. But other people came in and got greeted and got drinks. I made a call and spoke to a supervisor who didnt want to listen to anything I had to say and hung up in my ear. Worst customer service never going back there.

We’ve been to a number of Outbacks over the past few years but this was our first visit to this one - and we can walk to it from our condo!
It’s a square modern restaurant with not much character but plenty of tables, booths and at the bar dining. Menu is pretty long so lots of options to consider though we always have a steak!
Our server looked after us and soon brought us bread and our drinks and not long after - our Bloomin onion - can’t resist it! The onion was as we remembered it with good flavour and as always not enough dipping sauce!
Our main meals took forever to arrive - not sure why as restaurant was half empty . My delmonico ribeye was well cooked and very tasty especially with the chimichuri sauce. My wife’s fillet was quite overcooked so enjoyed it less than I did. The Caesar salad side was tasty.
Overall the experience was good rather than great.

Greeted warmly and seated quickly. Husband had the petite steak with a salad and baked potato. The salad is a full meal and fresh. His steak had several fatty areas and he doesn’t like the fat. I had the lobster tails with sweet potato which was sweet and delicious. For me the lobster was undercooked by a couple of minutes. I had to leave some and on top of that they weren’t hot or even warm! Drinks were good!
