Slow service even though it wasn't busy. We'd booked a table and it wasn't prepared for us on arrival so we had to wait while they “prepared our table”. The service when it came was okay but very slow to order drinks, get drinks and order food. The steak and ribs were delicious though! As part of our book retreat, eight of us went to Ovation Bistro & Bar for dinner. Of the 8 meals ordered, 5 had to be sent back. Overcooked chicken, salmon, ribeye and mahi mahi sat on our plates. Suzy took everything back for second tries but her service was worse than the food. She was so slow and forgot various things - dressing, removing ingredients, pouring more water, delivering beer and drinks, etc. She was so slow at the meal's ending that we all had to go to...

My family and I went out to eat at Ovation and our server was Jason and all I can say I was shocked with the professionalism along with the entertaining amount of jokes. Very pleased with our visit and the food was amazing he gave amazing food recommendation and was helpful with decision making. Amazing service and wonderful night thanks to Jason! food was amazing as well! those fries were 10/10!
