I usually enjoy lunch at Panera, but today was disappointing. I got a notification my food was ready, but when I went to pick it up the server (long ponytail) said it wasn’t. A few minutes later I found it sitting there cold. When I mentioned it, she rolled her eyes and was rude, no apology. Thankfully, the lady preparing sandwiches was very kind and replaced my soup, but the pickup experience really ruined the visit.

This is not the typical Panera experience that I’m used to. I ordered the family pack of bagels For my job. Usually, I order from DoorDash, but I decided to use the drive-through since I was close by. Usually, you are able to pick and choose the flavors you would like to have and have the option of getting them toasted. Apparently, the cashier said that none of those options were available. Yet, when I go on DoorDash, those options are available?! They also do not provide you with a box, they are just thrown in the Panera brown recycle bag with a sticker, that’s not even securing the bag closed. When asking for a box, the cashier said that they only do that for catering services?! Ridiculous… you mean to tell me that I cannot get toasted bagels in presentable packaging, from a restaurant that is known for their bagels?! I was better off Buying a package of bagels from the grocery store and going home to toast them myself.

The drive thru service terrible, they put the bread without container, the food be contaminated, isn't hygienic. Probably they need the visit of the department of health. They need to take care when packing the food.

I don’t have any photos, but this was my second visiting this location—and once again, I ordered my favorite: the tuna on baguette. The only difference this time was that we dined in. Unfortunately, the presentation was a letdown. The sandwich looked messy, with most of the tuna piled on one side and barely a smear on the other. Back when I lived in Nevada, I used to order this same sandwich regularly, and it was always perfect—generously filled and neatly spread, making it super appetizing. Sadly, that wasn’t the case this time. Mind you the place was not full not even via the drive through.
Always very well served, quickly and the soups are excellent.

This place always take so long giving your food through the drive through. Also I ordered a salad and it didn’t come with everything on it . The only thing I asked them is no feta cheese . The tomatoes are very huge and it’s disgusting to eat with it being cut up. I’ve here plenty of times and my food always take long because they have young kids that don’t know what they are doing and they just want a job for work but don’t know how to accommodate the customers!
