Bad customer service from General Manager Kyle over the phone. after explaining several times that I placed an order for delivery using the same tell# I just called and was missing a two litter soda. GM said, it wasn’t from his store, & basically gave me no option, but to find the store that I ordered from. Funny enough Papa John’s is a franchise with over 5000 stores. They make millions & don’t have a system that can track stores orders. Even the DoorDash delivery driver Sheryl said, they do it all the time because they so busy, & can’t keep up with orders properly when ordering drinks… my thing is “Principle”.
He was not apologetic or try to help in no way!!! Telling a customer to do the tracking is unacceptable!
Thank God this was my first time ordering from Papa John’s. It makes it that much easier to ever buy from them. Better Pizza & wings in local pizza restaurants. Won’t listen to anyone else to order from them again.

I just moved to Davenport and Paul went above and beyond to make sure that my experience at this location was truly enjoyable. Paul is a phenomenal worker. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the menu as well as patient with people who don’t know how to work the online menu. 10/10 stars he deserves a raise- he checked up on me and even gave me cups and plates for my meal. Great service!

Usually my all time go to place. As local of 10 plus years, the resorted to using Doordash which of course comes with cold food and terrible service. If I wanted Doordash, I would have ordered through them. Thanks for the 28 dollar each cold pizza

Use to like this location, always received good service and hot food. Last 2 times have been horrible. Most recently they didn’t even deliver the order themselves, instead using doordash drivers. I intentionally never order from those apps as the quality is always atrocious, with no effort made to keep the food hot. Unfortunately this will be the last time they get my business. I won’t support a company that does that to its customers.

On March 17, at almost 4pm, I called and ordered a PEPPERONI STUFFED CRUST pizza located at Lake Wilson Rd., Davenport. I picked up my pizza after I was advised it was ready. When I got home, we all were hungry and ready to eat; my family and myself were immediately all in AWE !!! In my life, have I EVER had a pizza so AMAZING AND DELICIOUS… OMG !! A SUPERB and EXCELLENT tasting pizza…. GOURMET !! KUDOS to the CHEF : DJ !!!!! I’m your # 1 fan, and expect to eat more from DJ. My name is SONIA and PAPA JOHN’S is the BEST… IN ALL !!

Ordered a pie with green peppers n blk olives, half w sausage n other half w pepperoni. Counted 3 pepperoni total, blk olives n peppers on 4.5 slices. How does this make it out the door? Terribly disappointed. We'll be choosing a different pizza spot moving forward.

They STOLE MY $28.53. DON'T ORDER online. I did and something went wrong and i canceled. Imagin my surprise seeing a charge the next week. No food came as it was canceled beforhand. Yet they wont refund me. That's theft.i wont use them againeven tho i liked their food. They even lied and told me My refund was coming bad business

I have been here a couple times and never had issues until today. When parking to pick up my pizza I was trying to park in a spot and there was a delivery driver for papa John’s who looked like he was leaving. He didn’t have his turn signal on so I didn’t know he was trying to back in to the spot. He screams at me to roll down my window. He very aggressively told me he was taking the spot and I need to find somewhere else. When I said okay, he came back with a snarky remark. He had a ton of attitude for no reason. He’s a white older man. I honestly don’t know why he needed to be that mean about it. Very terrible costumer service to make someone just coming in feel like they were doing something wrong. I don’t normally write reviews but since he’s delivering pizzas I’m sure he’s cracking attitude with other people for no reason. Which makes me not want to come back or deliver from there. Very disappointing cause papa John’s is one of my favorite pizza places.
