I hadn't had Papa Johns in years. Unfortunately, this visit didn't help. The food just wasn't all that great. It's certainly not what I remember, not to mention it's priced on the higher side compared to other options around. Additionally, the guy at the counter told us our order wasn't ready despite it saying it was on our online confirmation. Turns out it was ready, getting cold, just sitting on the shelf because he didn't know where to look.

Ordered large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra meat. Very skimpy on the extra. Also ordered light sauce but didn’t seem like it. Probably will go back to Little Cesars.

Worse experience ever! I ordered 4 pizzas at 9:59 pm and I received the pizzas at 11:59 and the pizzas were super cold... don't buy nothing here..
We ordered through the App and it showed our order ready for pick up. However, when we arrived a couple of minutes later our order was not ready for pick up and we were asked to wait for 5 more mins. Food was great 👌

Order placed at 8:59 pm.
Driver arrived at 9:41 pm, with the wrong order. We opened someone else's pizza then. He took it back.
Driver came back the second time, with the right pizza, at 10:04 pm. Pizza was completely cold.
I called the store twice, pressed to speak to manager, was picked up and put on hold right away, with no one to let me know I was going to be put on hold, both times. I spoke to the manager, he asked if we wanted another pizza, we said no, and we agreed to have our money back, we had paid cash, he said he would send the driver back with our money.
Driver arrived for the 3rd time, with another awful made pizza, and a Pepsi we did not ordered, nor want. Without our money, which is what we had agreed upon.
We had to eat a cold pizza, VERY late, and now we have another whole pizza that will have to end up in the trash, with the Pepsi, because we don't drink soda, and no money back.
Your brand used to be our favorite...
