We were in Florida and noticed this place. We've never eaten here but decided to as it seemed so comfortable. After looking over the menu, we were happy with our decision to eat here. Perkins specializes in breakfast fare but it was obvious that everything on the menu is delicious. Breakfast is served all day. Their Monday special is a free slice of pie during a certain time of the day. Our waiter Nathan was a gem. Efficient and friendly. Service could be a little quicker but hey, when you receive your food, you'll forget about when it was brought to you. Enjoy and aloha.

Perfect place to dine out. You can sample the menu with the trio selection option which is a great idea if you are hungry and can't decide on a single meal. Friendly helpful staff, highly recommended.

Unclean bathrooms ,no toilet tissue in rest room for handicap area. ( Unacceptable both spools were empty. ) Hostess could have acted as though we were not a bother.

If I could I would give it a 0 star. This was my first time ever. When we got there it was a funny smell but I said I'll give it chance. My husband and I ordered the steak sizzler. My second bite I noticed a long piece of hair in my steak. Of course we left. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Traditional comfort foods. Service was excellent. Family and travelers friendly place. Convenient location to nearby commerce. Visited because girlfriend had a coupon and it was a long time for us being here. Thanks for everything.

Lady at the cashier was the only sweet person. Wattres just passing us by. There were 3 other table,which they we're just drinking coffee. People after us were being served first (a different server with more tables to serve) Then after 30 min called her over. Which she seemed bothered by it. She got our drinks and order which took another 20 min and did not come complete, missing the pie and the kids cookie. Which she said she would bring out and never did. No refill either.

Was seated promptly..got our drinks a d ordered. After 30 minutes of waiting for food, waitress brings wrong order...another 10 minutes go by. We had to ask for refill on soda. I asked to speak to manager while we were leaving. Apologized and gave us our meal free..as he should have. People who came in after us were served their food. Anyway, we will not go back there again. Terrible experience!😫
I group of us (4) came in to eat after Disney at 12:05am. This place was closing in 55 minutes. Waiter Nathan gladly served us with his kitchen team. Our food was quick and fresh. I highly recommend this spot. Denny's has nothing on this place.

Not that many years ago we used to go here on a regular basis, but then after a few really bad experiences at some of their other local locations and prices climbing so high, we stopped going. The quality of the food had dropped off and the staff became ambivalent. This chain has had many ups and downs over the years and one day I may go back just to see what has changed.

Slow...... Slow. I love Perkins food so while vacationing stopped to eat at this restaurant and when we walked in I noticed 8 or so empty dirty tables, thought oh not a big deal there just playing catch up. We sat down and got our drink order right away but the waitress never came back for our food order, we waited and waited and I asked her if we could place our order as we have hungry kids with us and she blew me off, there were lots of tables around us with people waiting and waiting. Bottom line is severely understaffed. I think the 2 waitresses bus tables, wait tables, and cook the food. I will never go back to this location and wouldn't recommend it unless you need to kill a couple hours.

Good friendly place. Little older building but for the most part well kept up. Bathroom had a bad oder which is close to the kitchen which should have smelled better. Service is very good and management and staff are very friendly. Service time for seating and food was good.
