My recent experience with this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise against dining here to protect your health and well-being.

Hazardous Food Quality

I placed an order through Uber Eats for a five-piece chicken wing meal, specifically requesting well-done flats with ranch powder and Carolina Gold sauce on the side. What I received was beyond unacceptable: the chicken wings were discolored, emitting a foul odor, and appeared dangerously undercooked, posing a serious health risk. The ranch dressing was provided in pre-packaged containers instead of the freshly prepared dipping sauce I expected.

Abysmal Customer Service

Determined to address the issue, I visited the restaurant in person, hoping they would rectify their mistake. To my dismay, the staff displayed a complete lack of accountability and concern. The gentleman I spoke with refused to acknowledge the problem or offer any form of compensation, behaving as if my order was irrelevant. Despite informing him that I had been a loyal customer and had previously refrained from leaving negative reviews in hopes they would improve, he remained indifferent. Even after consulting with the cook, they refused to remake the order or provide a refund. Frustrated and appalled, I left the inedible food on the counter, documenting the incident with photos and a video recording, which are attached to this review.

Unsanitary Conditions

The establishment itself is filthy and reeks of grease. Upon leaving, my clothes were saturated with the unpleasant odor, making me feel the need to shower immediately. Such an environment raises serious concerns about the overall hygiene and food safety practices of this restaurant.

Negligence Towards Customers

It is evident that Philly Steak & Wing of Davenport has no regard for its customers’ satisfaction or health. Their unwillingness to correct a simple order of five chicken wings, even when faced with losing a loyal customer, showcases their blatant negligence. I stopped by Philly Steak & Wing of Davenport for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! I had the hibachi chicken lunch special, and the food was fantastic. The chicken was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and paired with fresh veggies and rice. The portion size was just right, and the price made it a great deal. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, making it a great spot for a lunch break. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend!

This was our first time ordering takeout to be delivered by a 3rd party. We had a small order, phili cheese sandwich and a gyro sandwich combo. The delivery time was amazing, we received our order within 25 min after placing our order. The combo was ordered with a sprite, which we did not receive. My husband had the gyro, he DOESN'T eat onions and requested NO onions, well I guess you know it was filled with onions, removing the onions does not remove the taste or smell. Also his gyro was with lamb or should I say should have had lamb, he opened it and there was such a small amount of meat on the gyro. I guess this was our 1st and definitely our last time. Not a good look for a 1st time customer or any customer.

So this little spot is a nice little comforted food spot, I tried the wings did a split 5 Thai sweet chili and lemon pepper not bad , would order for a game night
I tried the gyro and fries very nice, good serving portions!!! Fries were crispy and salty goodness

I also did a nuggets and they give you a red sauce that has a bit of a kick to it and also had some flavor !!
Overall it’s not sit down and hang out but grab you food and Netflix .
The prices are not crazy

Always get the poke bowl with a Thai tea. It is always delicious and the fish is of a good quality. Food come out as it's prepared so it's fresh. I would highly recommend this place if you want a tasty poke bowl at a great price.

I ordered 20 wings, philly cheese steak and snow crab boil. They gave me a chicken cheese steak instead. Told them garlic butter for the crab boil. Only got a whole lot of plain butter. They didn't give me my ranch for dipping. When I called them I as told the mgr would call me back after she got off of a call. She never called me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The location in Lakeland is 20 times better. I'll never go back here for sure.

The food is bland!! If you're looking for no seasoning, you got high blood pressure?..This is definitely for you. Not being funny either, it's zero flavor and it's horrific on a philly. Shrimp needs to be fried harder..Now Bye!! And don't even think about bringing this establishment to Georgia, y'all good right here in Fla!!
