The place looks run down.
There wasn’t any kind of personality or welcoming feel.
The pizza was very soggy.
The wings had no flavor.
I let the women know we weren’t satisfied in hopes there can be an accommodation made like re make the food maybe or offer a refund instead she shrugged her shoulders, looked me up & down & said can’t do nothing.

We just left the food and will not be visiting this establishment again.

Always get pizza first night of vacation after arriving from Ireland. Usually, Pizzano's is excellent and the pizza was excellent last night, and the wings were only ok. Overcooked. Delivery took 30 mins longer than advised. Regardless, the pizza was excellent, so I won't be letting 20 dry wings put me off ordering here again.

The establishment provides restaurant brochures for guests who stay at the Reunion resort to dupe unsuspecting customers. We had to place the order by phone because their online ordering system did not have their full menu (e.g., chicken wings). While ordering, we were never told about any of their delivery fees; however, we knew a delivery fee would likely be included based on current norms. Therefore, the establishment did charge a $4 delivery fee, which is pretty standard nowadays. However, when the delivery driver arrived, there was an additional $6 delivery fee added to the bill. He told us the extra $6 is because our resort suite was 9 miles or further from the establishment, which was not accurate, but I wasn’t going to argue with someone who didn’t have anything to do with the mileage calculations, the policy, or informing unsuspecting customers of the dishonest practices utilized by his employer. I gave him a generous tip and thanked him for the delivery. Upon further reflection on this matter, I decided to post a comment regarding this shady establishment. We visit the Reunion resort and Orlando area often, but we will never be customers of Pizzano’s again. They lost our business forever because of dishonest business practices, and we have a large immediate and extended family. Shame on your lack of transparency and integrity! Our family votes with our wallets and will not be duped by your establishment ever again.

Pizza was excellent, we had the meat lovers. The garlic knots are a great value, ours were a little light on the garlic, but tasty nonetheless.

I've been here multiple times in the past and have had great pizza. Not sure what happened to the quality. I got a pepperoni pizza today and literally had no crust. The older lady at the counter was smoking a cigarette outside and I didn't see her wash her hands. I will not be back again. Very disappointing because they had good pizza.
