It's always something they can't fulfill here. One day they can't take debit, another day they can't take cash, the drive through speaker has been broken each time I've tried to order and if I can order,.. I'm over this location and will probably never go to this location ever again with the disappointments I've endured wasting gas and getting stuck in traffic trying to give them business.

This particular location had a very long wait, the credit card reader wasn’t working and my sandwich was mostly fried batter with far less meat than normal. My wife’s sandwich was apparently fine.

Difficult to get customer care service…especially if you order thru Uber eats…Ubers eats has no customer care. Popeyes doesn’t care. Uber doesn’t care. So if your order has a problem forget about it!

Worst Popeyes arguably in the entire country. This is a fast food restaurant but you’ll be waiting a minimum 20-30 minutes in the drive through before even getting to place an order. The speaker has not been functional in 2 years, the entire location is filthy as hell. The entire team and franchise owner needs to be replaced, they’re destroying the brand image, you’d think they’d care more about their jobs. Watched 8 people drive away without ordering or getting food because of how terrible the wait was. Complaints will be filed with corporate, BBB, Florida Department of health, etc… absolutely deplorable. Service slower than a full service restaurant. They’re always out of anything that isn’t spicy or dark meat

Food was overcooked. The attitude of the staff was horrible. One person was extremely nice. Ordered food on the app, then they didn't have it, only had spicy. Asked to replace the strips with white chicken. Looked at me confused. Told them don't like spicy chicken. They ended up calling for approval. They did do it but dark meat. Went back up to have it replaced.

Worst Popeyes ever. Food was disgusting and did not stand up to the Popeyes brand. Popeyes is too expensive to be horrible.
They run out of chicken and sides and the intercom never works. You have to go inside. Smh the food that they did have was good and fresh I was getting off late from work and didn’t want to cook .

First off speaker did not work to order , had to order at the window. They did not have any wings so I asked for tenders, didn’t have that either. Only had mild chicken …..might as well close if you barely have anything and staff that doesn’t want to work to make anything else .

Let’s talk about the service that the employee give me in front register. No “Hello What I can get for you” or something with courtesy. I even have to asked if he was the one who will take my order. Then I asked for my side and they don’t have it, I asked for another and they don’t have it… so I asked him so what you have? He said fries…. I smile and said ok.The whole time he was in the phone and taking my order without care. What an Idiot! Fools like him in my business I get them fired. A great service in business is the motive why people come back. Is sad that this is happening here. Corporate should read this things
