Been coming to Pronto for at least 2 year now, I don't know if the management changed but the cooks burn pizza like it's no tomorrow. Should never have to ask for lite baked pizza in order for it to be cooked correctly. Then the male cashier wanted to debate on whether or not the pizza is truely burnt, unbelievable. I travel from Davenport to pick up this pizza I'll just stick to the local pizzaria. Horrible service all the way around.

Nikki, Louie, and I have been coming here for over 5 years and are never treated any other way than the very best. Tonight we had Julia as our server and she was nothing short of an ace!! The food is always outstanding and we are so very lucky to have our Pronto family right in our backyard. Thank you all for always providing us a wonderful experience and the food is just tremendous. Always so fresh and hot!! 5 stars all the way around.

Stopped by this pizzeria and had an awesome experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, you can really tell they care about quality. What really made the visit stand out was our server, Julia. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area, great pizza, great atmosphere, and great service from Julia and the team! 🍕

We've been coming here for over 5 years after moving from the northeast. Best pizza in the state but unfortunately after the past few times going with very poor service we'll be sticking to Bruno's from now on. They forgot our bruschetta and gave us garlic bread to put the bruschetta on and when my husband went back pick it up the garlic bread was not replaced with the correct bread and an apology was never given.

Julia, Valentina and Daniel are amazing. Great customer service. Very attentive. Valentina made us the best coconut mojitos I’ve ever had. Julia attended all our food service and she was not wrong recommending the Margerita pizza with extra ricotta. Great recommendation. And Daniel, what we wanted we had. Thanks for the extra ricotta.

My husband I had dinner here and shared a veggie lovers pizza and had tiramisu and gelato for dessert. The pizza had a tasty crust which was not too thick but held up to all the delicious toppings, including additional toppings that we added. Both dessert choices were delicious and everything was at a fair price. Our server, Julia, was great. We'll be back!

I’m from NYand never thought I’d find eggplant wedge as good as back home but I have!! Your sauce is delicious and the eggplant not greasy, thank you, I know where I’ll order from!

Vince was awesome and so funny he made the experience even better , The food was amazing. We’ve come back once a week the last 3 weeks and everything is delicious, fresh and high quality. The raspberry sorbet is so so delicious and vegan.
