Fairly average-to-mid burger place given all of the burger places in the area. The shining star here was our Waitress. She helped us promptly and quickly. Don't get the pretzel bits, and opt for the fried pickles.

Their burgers are gold! Hidden gem! Impossible burger and beef burgers are one and the same! I never finish my food, but when the bleu burger is in front of me I swear I grow an appetite every-time!

Great food/poor service! There are never enough waiters/waitresses on staff and I feel bad for the ones who are there because they’re overloaded.
I’ve been here many times over the years and consistently they’ve seemed to struggle with having enough servers available to manage the customers.
I love the food though and wish they could figure this out!
We went Saturday and my group of 5 and 2 other groups of 5 had to wait 30 minutes before realizing there was only 2 servers for the entire restaurant so all of us left and went next door to Chili’s.
It was sad to see a restaurant with great food continuing to disappoint with their ability to keep quality help to serve and receive excited customers. They’re losing out on a lot of money because of this.
Again, food is great here if you can get it served to you!

We waited 20 minutes to sit down and the restaurant was not near full capacity. Food was delicious. Service was very slow. Server forgot multiple times to bring drinks and eating utensils. Never even asked if I needed a refill or 2nd drink. The server seemed overwhelmed while the restaurant wasn't even at a high crowd to be overwhelmed.

Food was delicious albeit a bit pricey for my blood, $20 for an ordinary burger and a few steak fries (or a side salad) seems high to me. Great meal despite the cost. Service was slow, had to wait a bit for a team member to come to the front desk. Then took a bit more time to get my food, well after the website indicated it would be ready. Place inside was clean and pleasant, though I got only takeout. Good burgers though I’d expect exceptional quality for the prices. $7 for a vanilla shake also seemed excessive for a chain restaurant. 4/5 stars.

Food was delicious. We ordered the jalapeño burger and it was so juicy and delicious. The chicken sandwiches were meaty and crunchy, with a soft bun. We alos got the onion ring stack and it was perfectly crunchy paired with two delicious dipping sauces. One minor complaint was the choice of plate for the kids meal(OP was not happy with a monkey DJ with her meal). Box desgins are complicated.Another issue was how long it took for our server to get out boxes.(10+ minutes!) Absolutely atrocious! Other than that, she lovely. Would recommended.

Ghost town restaurant - avoid. Bare bones. They’re just banking your hard earned money and giving you minimal in return. Minimal to no staff. Servers unprompted discuss making money, wanting to make as much money as possible. Had to go to the bar to ask for the hostess. They use clean tables to hold dirty plates and dishes that they are too lazy to bring back to the kitchen. Just wow.

Walked in at 935 on a Saturday night and only 1 section of the resturant open. In that section 5 tables open. We were told a 20 minute wait. Apparently you cannot get a seat until someone leaves. If my grandson did not want to eat here we would have gone somewhere else. I really hope the food will be worth the wait. Seems like a great opportunity to start losing customers for sure.
