Waiting ten minutes in the drive thru for only one car to receive their order in that time, is absurd. I left without my prepaid drink.

I do not recommend this place, the girl Heather is disrespectful to the general public, she is located at the Posner Village store in Davenport, I was with my 1 year old son and she handed me a hot coffee without its cup sleeve, I asked her for it in the best attitude and she simply ignored me and said she was too busy to help, I let her know I was busy with the baby and she simply told me that her job was to deliver the coffee, this young woman is harming such a valuable service company with her actions.

Mobile order place, got there and it was out of stock, they offered me something else for what I had to wait and they did not have either, ended it having a sandwich that felt old because they did not warmed up. The drink ? Nothing like the picture no dressing no nothing not even Christmas cup. I got tired of this location. Days before on drive thru not even said hi or thank you nothing! I love starbucks and for me is an experience but no in this location anymore!!

Store is messy and dirty. Bathrooms are also dirty. Made the experience uncomfortable and not want to spend time in store to study.
