Place always runs out of food & drinks. It’s a complete disappointment when it’s the closest place to home and have to travel out of my area to get exactly what I wish to eat.

Today’s my wife’s birthday. She was having technical difficulties logging into the app for her birthday drink voucher. The app wasn’t letting her reset her password (reset failed) for some reason. She shows the guy her ID at the counter to confirm her birthday and he still refuses to make her a drink for her birthday.
Seriously how rigid and obtuse. Could you have used some common sense in this situation and just made her a drink? You don’t have to be a robot or an NPC. I mean, interacting with AI might have been more helpful.

Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Vibe was cool as well. It is little challenging to get to this coffee shop from main road. There is parking available at this location, it has drive thru as well.

I always come here and get a pink 🩷 drink with a cakepop everyone is always friendly and the service is fast I recommend you stop by here even if it's for a quick stop of coffee ☕ go right ahead and stop by
The girl at the drive thru should probably look for another job. I've never been to a Starbucks where the drive thru staff were so rude.

I spend much money at Starbucks and avoid this location because of the lousy service. Did they forget that my trenta icead tea lemonade and a sandwich are nearly $15. Starbucks charges premium prices, and they deliver a premium product. But at this location the service is Mc Donald's level. From messy condiment station, dirty bathrooms, hard and uncomfortable seating and drive thru staff with major attitude. It used to be youd go to Starbucks and service was so friendly and refreshing. But that seems to have changed and at this location its no different than going to Mc Donald's. At least at Mc Donald's tou get a bag and napkins with your sandwich. Here they throw it at you with no bag, no napkins and no straw unless you ask. They dont even ask you if you want these things. Premium prices should equal premium service. After today's attitude I decided ill never go to this location again. The new one in Champions Gate has super friendly staff so ill drive an extra 2 miles and go there.
