I only really go to this one when I have work but the past few times I’ve been going my coffee just isn’t good. They forget cold foam or forget my oat milk all around my experience with this Starbucks isn’t the best.

I stopped by this location after seeing the Banana Matcha drink advertised on the menu board. When I went to order, I was told they were out of the powder needed to make it.
I decided to order the Dubai Matcha instead. I’ve ordered this flavor multiple times. After paying (nearly $7), I noticed the drink didn’t include the brown butter topping (I believe thats what it’s called) that’s shown in the advertisement. When I asked about it at the window, I was told they’ve been out of that topping for about a month. A month?!
It’s frustrating to pay premium prices for specialty drinks that are advertised with specific components, only to find out key ingredients have been unavailable for an extended period of time. If an item has been out for that long, it would make sense to either update the menu board, offer a substitute, or temporarily remove the drink from promotion.
I understand supply issues happen, but partner with another location for product perhaps. There seemed to be a lack of proactive solutions.
