I got my coffee and she came in almost ten minutes after me We know her name. Her name is Lisa and she gets a 3 shot expresso ice on the side. Because she likes to mix it herself. That is how long I waited. I know somebody's order very disappointment.

Starbucks is always a clean environment it’s nice prices are good good coffee is fantastic. I’m hoping that I can get the new valentines Frappuccino the strawberry chocolate covered but with coffee so we’ll see how that works. Going to Starbucks again to try that.

Ordered and got my drink and food in less than 5 minutes even though it was rush hour!
Used to be a great location. I'm not sure what has happened. Food is a gamble and so are the drinks. I've had several items incorrectly made and or not freshly served.Honestly now that I think about it, this company used to be great in general. They've cut down and made it much harder to earn rewards and the food to value ratio is not good at all even considering inflation etc. Mostly everything is overpriced for what it is.

We where ready to order for about 5 minutes just waiting , first ones on the order line . Tables where dirty and chairs with crums , shipping boxes in the lobby area . Waiting time over, feels like is taking for ever. Stated by the Wifey. $17 average per person. No one is wiped any tables in the whole 23 minutes we waited for the food and drink. No music was herd until our last 2 minutes of the whole wait. So we just went to our car and left . They don't have regular spinach that can even be added to your sandwich. 8:55am floors seem that also needed to be broom. Around tables. I guess we could of just done the drive thru. And not experience the rest of going inside and a what I would call fair experience. Nothing fascinating. Good day everyone ✨️Please race the standard ?

I always order the same thing every morning never had an issue with them. They always get my order right. I prefer driving 15 extra minutes to the one on posner to get my coffee because the Starbucks thats right in front of my apartment never ever get my order right. Great customer service also ?
