I went in this morning to pick up my mobile order and waited 30 minutes. I was told my drink would be up next, I watched as they made it and left it sitting mixed in the blender for about 10 minutes and proceeded to make other drinks. I watched several people who came in after me pick up their orders and leave. I asked yo cancel my order my order was never canceled. While I understand that the drive through takes priority, isn’t the entire point of placing a mobile order is that it should be ready to pick up and a go? Shouldn’t mobile orders have the same priority as the drive through?
I just had the BEST experience at a Starbucks! Lea was so pleasant, super friendly, really nice. She put a smile on everyone’s face in the car! What a was to start our day! Thank you Lea!

My drink was barely half full, and when I politely mentioned it to the barista at the drive-thru (since this order is usually filled properly), she told me it was ‘the standard’ I was disappointed that they didn’t offer to top it off, as it really shouldn’t be that difficult to do also considering I was the only person at the drive thru. Overall, this was my worst Starbucks experience, very poor service.

The workers at this particular Starbucks are very rude, and will make you do ridiculous things such as sit through the drive thru twice if you show up even a minute too early for your mobile order pick up. They make you circle around and do it all again. Even if you’re the only person there. What exactly is the difference in showing up for my mobile order a minute or two early, vs just ordering at the speaker? Either way you’re making the drink “on the spot”, right? I go to Starbucks every single day, and this is the only store that has ever done that nonsense. It’s honestly very poor customer service. Really took me by shock. I worked in food service for years, and I could never imagine making a customer start the process all over again, because you haven’t made their order yet…

A worker through the drive through (girl wearing a beanie brown hair) was extremely rude. I always get a doppio espresso with extra oatmilk and cold foam and it was filled half way. I’ve never had someone be rude and I was here at this location yesterday and the lady was very nice (she was blonde). I suggest hiring people that actually want to work. So terrible.
I’m using descriptions of what she looked like because the manager needs to do something about the workers attitude. No one wants to deal with that in the morning!
This store has officially become a joke — and the reason is clear: the same arrogant, skinny white guy with glasses who somehow still has a job here. I’ve walked in twice now, and both times he’s either been flat-out rude or giving off such smug, cocky energy that it ruins the entire atmosphere. He walks around like he owns the place, but what he’s really doing is running a disorganized disaster behind the counter.
Orders are backed up, the staff looks lost, and nobody seems to know what’s going on — yet he’s standing there like he’s God’s gift to Starbucks. It’s not confidence, it’s delusion. If management is turning a blind eye to this, then they’re part of the problem too. Customers should not have to walk into a coffee shop and feel like they’re interrupting someone’s ego trip just to get a drink.
At this point, I’m done giving this store second chances. If this is the kind of attitude you reward, you’re going to keep losing loyal customers. Corporate should take a long, hard look at who’s leading the shift here — because it’s embarrassing.

1 Star – Extremely Rude Service at Starbucks Davenport
I placed a small mobile pickup order at the Davenport Starbucks—just two refreshers, one large and one small. I ordered literally 2 minutes before pulling in, which should not be a big deal. But the guy on the speaker was furious, snapping at me and yelling, “NEXT TIME WAIT 6 MINUTES!” Totally uncalled for.
When I got to the window, I had already been waiting 5 minutes behind two other cars. You’d think that would be enough time, but the guy at the window was still clearly mad. His tone was rude, cold, and full of attitude. Instead of just handing me the drinks, he made me pull ahead and wait in front of a busy street—even though I could tell the drinks were done.
I don’t know what his problem was, but there’s no excuse for treating a customer like that over a minor timing issue. It felt petty, unprofessional, and just plain mean. Starbucks is supposed to be friendly and welcoming—this was the exact opposite. Major disappointment. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The Frappuccino was delicious as always, the barista was very friendly and helped me figure out if the German Starbucks app worked there, which unfortunately it doesn't. It's very clean, and a lot of people go there to work.

Have been supporting this business since it opened and one day went through the drive through either they were not speaking or their speaker was bad I waited around 3 min nobody answered so I went to the window when I went they told me I needed to go around to order even though they already knew what I needed like th people time is not important spoke to the manager she did not care either and acted as if I was lying or as if there was noise in my car wich even if there was it would not be hard to hear today I gave them another opportunity and the manager was the one taking the order and the way she handled the service was like as if I was asking her for a favor and her voiced was dragging as if I was annoying her
