Early morning, I ordered ahead for drive thru pickup, came to the radio, said it’s an online order, she said okay you can pull forward and I said thank you so much; went to the window for pickup. I saw the Starbucks ads about the wicked cups yesterday (I’m thrilled to buy one!) and was wondering if they have it so ask the lady at the window after giving me my order, and she immediately says no and went back inside. ?☹️ How are people so rude nowadays? I understand the stress level of her job but if the customer isn’t rude or anything why be rude to them? ?

When I asked where the cold foam is I was told “our heavy cream isn’t heavy creaming”. Why charge me for a side of it then? I tried making it at home and it in fact was not frothing. Not sure if they have their recipe off but that was a weird thing to say to a paying customer. This location consistently can’t get the cold foam right and does not care to fix it.

Just bought a medium hot chocolate and decaf latte from your drive through, we get them home and the cups are literally half full!
We are regulars here as we live in the community just across the 27.
We are so disappointed and probably won’t return again!

I did a Mobil order and I placed it about 4-5 mins before I pulled up. When I said I placed a Mobil order the guy said how it just printed and it will be a few to finish my order which was fine with me, but I didn’t just place it right there and then. They must have not been paying attention. When they hand me my drinks the guy with longish hair yo to his ear says next time don’t place the order as soon as I drive up and said it rudely, I’ve been to Starbucks soooo many times and I’ve never had anyone say that to me. And I didn’t even do what he said. He was not pleasant at all and was just irritated in general. He def needs someone to speak to him on how to treat customers cause that was not it.

I requested my drink to be remade as it was not prepared correctly. In an oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso, the layering effect comes from the differences in density between the espresso and oat milk. The espresso is denser and settles at the bottom, while the oat milk floats on top. However, in the drink I received, the espresso was mixed throughout, which was incorrect based on my experience ordering this drink for the past year.

Despite explaining this, the staff insisted the drink was made correctly, which felt dismissive. The employee at the window, who had long dark hair, was also unprofessional and rude, stating, ‘I don’t know why we are arguing when I told you I would have them remake it,’ when I had simply asked for it to be remade. At this point, I requested a refund and mentioned I would just go to another Starbucks. The same employee then handed me something to sign but rudely snatched it back when I tried to return it to her. Given that I paid $7 plus a tip, I expect both the drink and the service to meet a professional standard.

I ordered and paid for the grande mocha latte but what I really got and was charged for was a bigger size cup with the same portions as the tall they only filled my cup up half way

Look for Amber, wonderful barista! August 27/24- the group came in today to make a pit stop while re fuelling gas and we were surprised by Amber’s service and attention to details! Starbucks makes the best coffee but at a higher price so bang for your buck!

Vegetarian options: They’ve got some but a lot of coffee!

This is my personal favorite starbucks! I go there all the time, and the service is impeccable! One of the workers, her name is bella, anytime she’s working, she always has the friendliest smile and is very helpful. this is a return always starbucks! :)
