I want to start off by saying that I am a loyal customer cause I live right down the street. I come to this location every single day and I buy the same thing A vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew with a double shot of espresso every single day today I received my drink with no double shot that I did pay for and I only know this because I come every single day and I know how the drink taste and today my drink is more milky than it is with double espresso all around atmosphere is great. Customer service is great, but with someone who is a loyal guest, you should not be rushing the orders when people are paying for the product.

Terrible customer service. I typically don’t post reviews, but the gentleman at the drive through window at 11:01am should not hold a customer service job. They messed up our order and we asked it to be corrected. After the attitude he gave us, we decided to just drive off. We chose this Starbucks before going to Disney for the day since it was close to our Air BnB. We will not be back for the remainder of our stay in Florida.

Im mad about having to do this but I go to this Starbucks every other day I ask for the same drink every time Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Coconut Milk 5 pumps of dark caramel sauce light ice. Same order everytime no change (and I’m pregnant so it has to be just right yk how it goes) So I go last night I ask for it and I do say there was a male voice and I usually have a female do my order (but that’s not the problem). It seemed like he really didn’t care about my order whatsoever he was rushing me and didn’t even acknowledge my order. When I get my order I believe the color alone was off. My drink had a consistent caramel color with the cup lined with caramel as it’s a caramel ribbon crunch. That drink was straight up white and milky. When I taste it straight milk and ice no caramel at all whatsoever! I had my dude try it as he always takes a sip and he said it has no caramel at all just ice and milk. I spin back around to find out I had actually came last minute and they were closed now( that’s still not the problem). My thing is why? Because if it was because of the timing then just say we’re about to close but I’m pretty sure it’s not in the policy to do that so maybe just DO YOUR JOB? Like I really don’t understand what did it cost him to do my order right. Then he didn’t want to remake my drink he rather just give me the refund and grab this free bad review. So cool good luck. Just lost a regular customer at night that easy. But now I know to only go in the daytime because night shift sucks.

Very bad experience in this Starbucks location. I was in here around lunch time to grab my mobile order. I walked in waited a couple of minutes because I saw they were busy then I asked someone for help and got ignored and thought “okay he didn’t hear me.” Then I asked again and told him I’m here for a pickup order and he heard my name wrong then walked away. I asked another girl for help to get my order and she got all mad and an attitude. Started the conversation with saying “I’m off the clock” and that “I need to be patient because they’re busy” Which I get but I’m also a customer and been standing there for a couple of mins with no assistance, I was only in a rush to get it because I’m on my lunch break and need to drive back. I usually don’t write negative reviews and don’t take much to the heart because I understand the pressure of customer service but there was no reason for me to be talked to that way.

I went in this morning to pick up my mobile order and waited 30 minutes. I was told my drink would be up next, I watched as they made it and left it sitting mixed in the blender for about 10 minutes and proceeded to make other drinks. I watched several people who came in after me pick up their orders and leave. I asked yo cancel my order my order was never canceled. While I understand that the drive through takes priority, isn’t the entire point of placing a mobile order is that it should be ready to pick up and a go? Shouldn’t mobile orders have the same priority as the drive through?
