I come to this location every single day and I buy the same thing A vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew with a double shot of espresso every single day today I received my drink with no double shot that I did pay for and I only know this because I come every single day and I know how the drink taste and today my drink is more milky than it is with double espresso all around atmosphere is great....

Very bad experience in this Starbucks location. I was in here around lunch time to grab my mobile order. I walked in waited a couple of minutes because I saw they were busy then I asked someone for help and got ignored and thought “okay he didn’t hear me.” Then I asked again and told him I’m here for a pickup order and he heard my name wrong then walked away.
