Let me start off by saying I visit this Starbucks EVERY SINGLE DAY. And the workers here are phenomenal. Especially Tee. I have a complicated order and she gets it correct every single time. Not only that but she's so sweet to my mother and brightens our day every time we see her. Taking a moment if she's not rushed to chat and ask us about our plans. Trevor is also amazing. Thank you to this Starbucks for being more than a coffee shop but what feels like family friends.

I see we can all agree that the staff here is completely rude. It’s filled with snobby unprofessional Gen Z kids who don’t know a thing about customer service.
I was working this morning for Uber Eats and I went inside the store to pick up my order, I approached the counter and saw my drink sitting there. I noticed the staff was extremely busy so I patiently waited for about 10 minutes. Not one person acknowledged me. Another delivery person came in and asked this young lady in the photo for her order and she responded back rudely that they didn’t have anyone to do the delivery orders. (There were drinks sitting there already ready including mine) so then I kindly asked what’s going on because my drink been sitting there for my customer and haven’t been help yet and it would make my order late for drop off. She got extremely nasty and walked away from me while I was talking to her so I got frustrated. Then her “manager” Trevor comes out and doesn’t even ask what happened he just went ahead and said he’s going to report me to Uber Eats because of what was going on yet, it was his employee being extremely rude. I then told them I am going to report them as well and asked for their names and Trevor gave me his name but this girl wouldn’t give me hers. She responded by “I have a name tag” so when I went to read her name tag she turned away so I wouldn’t be able to see her name. So I ended up leaving to complete my delivery and I called the store to speak with the manager and Trevor was the one who answered. He still refused to give me the young lady’s name as if he was protecting her from being reported yet he was able to tell me his name and his manger Landon’s name. So since he wouldn’t give me her name.
Here she is.
It’s as simple as “Thank you for your patience, we’ll be with you shortly”.
Oh and let me add that she argued with me LOUDLY in front of all your customers during the morning rush..

Slowest Starbucks drive-thru in the world! I contemplated running over the yellow cones so I could leave. I felt trapped! The drive-thru came to a complete stop for over 15 minutes. We were all just sitting there stuck honking our horns. SMH!

What can I say I am just blown away by this store every time I go there. Ever since they opened its been my go to store. I have 2 other stores closer to my house but I drive 10 minutes of out my way to go to this one twice a day most days. The customer service is top notch. The baristas are the best out there. I always say I need to cut back on drinking Starbucks but honestly I just cant because then I would go there less and they are the ones that keep me coming back. Its a whole experience. They know me and my kids. They know our orders. They always do what they can to make our day. Ive never had a Starbucks where everyone actually not only cared about their job but cared about you as a person. They get to know you even just in the short encounters they have with everyone. I cant say enough good things about this place. I will be buying a house soon and honestly one of my main things is I need a house close enough to keep this as my Starbucks because I couldnt imagine that not being a part of my daily routine. It would honestly make me sad. So I say if you can go to this store because there is none like it and Ive been to MANYYYYY starbucks in many different states.

The drinks at this place have really gone downhill in comparison to other Starbucks. They just don’t do a great job in making them. They do try to correct them though, so I need to give them that. Edit: I did try their pumpkin spice latte iced and it was pretty darn good.

My husband and I had a wonderful visit to the Starbucks on Finley Avenue in Davenport, FL. My husband is a coffee connoisseur...me, not so much. I like a tad bit of coffee & sugar, but lots of chocolate flavor, and another tad bit of a zillionty other items! Every time I go to a coffee shop, it takes a minute to explain to the poor barrista. 😃 Longgg story short, Barrista Victory was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She guided me through getting a knock-out drink, full of wonderful flavors, for as little sugar as possible! She was patient, understanding & fun! Kudos to you, Victory! You made our stop extra wonderful! ❀

Pretty disappointed with this location. I’ve gone a couple times this week as I’m here on vacation with my family. The first time I went inside to pick up my mobile order. There was no greeting, no one made eye contact, no one smiled. My 4 drinks were scattered on the mobile handoff. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me so I could ask for a tray. That took a while. Then I had to wait again when I realized I wasn’t given a boba straw, that again took a while. One cup had “yay” written on it but none of the others, isn’t that supposed to be a thing? The second time I went, I came through the drive thru. You would think it would move pretty fast with how much space is between the speaker box and window but you’d be wrong. I was told to hold on.. with one car at the window and like 5 car lengths between us. After a few minutes and a long line behind me I was able to say I was there for a mobile pickup. When I got to the window, they did have my order ready but there was zero friendliness. My drinks were just okay and the drink I ordered with the boba didn’t have the right lid or straw with it. That was very inconvenient. It’s not because they were out of those items either, they just didn’t pay attention, similarly again nothing was written on any of the cups.
