Victory is by far the best barista ever! Everytime they take my order it's always a pleasant experience. Very positive person, genuinely love going there because of them. Give this barista a raise!

My husband and I had a wonderful visit to the Starbucks on Finley Avenue in Davenport, FL. My husband is a coffee connoisseur...me, not so much. I like a tad bit of coffee & sugar, but lots of chocolate flavor, and another tad bit of a zillionty other items! Every time I go to a coffee shop, it takes a minute to explain to the poor barrista. đ Longgg story short, Barrista Victory was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She guided me through getting a knock-out drink, full of wonderful flavors, for as little sugar as possible! She was patient, understanding & fun! Kudos to you, Victory! You made our stop extra wonderful! â€ïž

Pretty disappointed with this location. Iâve gone a couple times this week as Iâm here on vacation with my family. The first time I went inside to pick up my mobile order. There was no greeting, no one made eye contact, no one smiled. My 4 drinks were scattered on the mobile handoff. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me so I could ask for a tray. That took a while. Then I had to wait again when I realized I wasnât given a boba straw, that again took a while. One cup had âyayâ written on it but none of the others, isnât that supposed to be a thing? The second time I went, I came through the drive thru. You would think it would move pretty fast with how much space is between the speaker box and window but youâd be wrong. I was told to hold on.. with one car at the window and like 5 car lengths between us. After a few minutes and a long line behind me I was able to say I was there for a mobile pickup. When I got to the window, they did have my order ready but there was zero friendliness. My drinks were just okay and the drink I ordered with the boba didnât have the right lid or straw with it. That was very inconvenient. Itâs not because they were out of those items either, they just didnât pay attention, similarly again nothing was written on any of the cups.

Very Disappointing Experience
Picking up orders at this Starbucks is way too much of a hassle. The wait times are extremely long, even if you order ahead. It completely defeats the purpose of convenience. I wouldnât recommend coming here for pickups â it's just not worth the frustration

Restrooms are for customers use only? .. Iâve a customer but before but now I have to feel that since Iâm passing by I donât feel the same ? Whatâs the problem? Thereâs a 7 eleven right next door.. bad move. I wonât be back to this location.

Extremely Disappointed with This Location
Iâve ordered an iced cherry chai with almond milk and non-dairy cold foam nearly 30 times from multiple Starbucks locationsâalways the same, always around $6. Today, at this location, I was told the same drink would be nearly $9 because of âspecial ingredients.â When I asked why, the manager, Paris, told me it was because the drink was âcustomâ and needed to be âbuilt in the system for inventory purposes.â
Letâs be clearâreplacing dairy with non-dairy milk and foam (which are already on the menu) is not some exotic customization. Itâs 2025. People have allergies. Starbucks, of all places, should not be upcharging nearly 50% for a basic substitution, especially when every other store has no issue with it.
Disappointed in the lack of consistency, empathy, and frankly, common sense.
