Worst service ever. They don’t greet you, they don’t try to help you — they just ignore you completely. I spoke to one of the employees and they straight-up ignored me. Every time I come here, the two employees are extremely rude.

We walked into the place - the server looked at us and walked around the back. We waited for 10 minutes for her to come out but she didn't. I called to her if we could order and she just stared at me and carried on with what she was doing. I told her to forget it. Absolutely disgusted !!!!! Certainly won't be going back there again !!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I came in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to place my order, but no one showed up to help me. There were no employees in sight, and I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. It felt like the store was completely unattended. After waiting so long, I left without ordering. This kind of service (or lack of it) is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. 01/18/25 @ 6:40PM
They don’t have pickup available so you can’t use a coupon. It’s over priced even with a coupon so I went to Panera instead. Much better quality for the same price.

There was an older white lady there who helped me and she was super nice and made the food well but I just felt really bad because they were so busy and they only had one person working. They definitely need to hire more staff. One person is not enough.
