visited the Subway on August 17, 2025, with my sister, grandmother, and my baby daughter. While we were eating, a group of people outside of the restaurant kept staring at us — especially once I took out my daughter’s stroller. Their behavior was suspicious and threatening, and it felt like an attempted kidnapping situation. We were terrified and had to leave later when the atmosphere was clear.
I do want to mention that the employees were kind and tried to help. They were aware of the situation and even looked to see if there was a front camera that could have recorded what happened. They did what they could, and I appreciate their concern.
However, this experience was extremely scary, and I hope the store improves security to protect families and children in the future.

Placed a mobile order at 9:10, got to the store by 9:40 and all the lights were off and the doors locked. We could see our order sitting on the pickup shelf. We knocked on the door several times and could see someone in the back but were just ignored. Posted sign on door and Google says 10pm closing.

I go to the same Subway once a week gor 7 years now. Yesterday i went around 7:30, the employee was moping the floor & she was not very happy. And the bucket and went towards the back and kept Nagging and Naging and nagging because I came in. Mentioning that after all this time and nobody coming in and she’s mopping and I walked in. I asked the cashier, Is this they were ready to close and he said no we still have a couple of hours. Ay Ask que me piquen give me her name he gave me excuse he didn’t know her name. Anyway as I were leaving another Car with four people so when I open the door I turned around and I told them oh you guys have more people coming in now.
I will NOT stop by this store anymore. It is not the only Subway in Davenport, there is another in a gas station.

I came here for pick up, literally the place ha a sign saying drive thru, I went through it to pick up my order, the young gentlemen that was working around this time 8:40 pm to 9:17 pm by the time arrive he saw me and never intent to approach me to at least have the education to tell me mam we are not longer using drive thru. He did my order for what i was told by the other girl employee came after he left for closing shift. He did my order COMPLETELY WRONG he didn't follow the instructions at all. He put the wrong bread and wrong everything and he didn't toasted them. I feel really upset by how he treated me and my order. I was curious to check the condition about my order that is how I noticed if not I would have been more upset. I tried to contact subway support. This is unacceptable

I'm giving this five-star review because of the manager Shanaida. Because the Stupid App wasn't working to give the 6.99 discount for the sale price for footlong. Subway you got to get your app working BETTER. THANK You Management
I had a good experience at this Subway in Davenport. The ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly and quick, and the store was clean and well-maintained.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were a little short on some toppings, but overall, it didn’t affect my meal too much. I’d definitely recommend this location for a quick and satisfying bite. I’ll be back!

This evening, I ordered The Monster on the app ,with 50% extra meat for $1.75 extra. She did not make it with extra meat. I asked her why? She tried to change the subject to another topic immediately. Does this even look like The Monster? Insane how they rip us off.
