I came in today around lunch time 12-1pm and at first I was alittle effy and was going to leave because usually when it’s that packed I don’t receive the best service because the workers would be overwhelmed (speaking about every fast food) but the 2 ladies you had working today I believe one was a manager her name started with an “S” both ladies worked amazingly together getting our foods and online orders done as fast and efficient as possible. It did take some time for everything but with the positive attitude and calmness they proceeded to give I wasn’t frustrated or disappointed at all for waiting. Thank you for the service, and the food. Hope to see you ladies again.

I have NEVER EVER SEEN SUCH A DISGRACE IN A RESTAURANT EVER! I'm not sure which ones were worse the so called manager didn't know how to to answer anything about the restaurant or the app. The kids that worked there were rude, disrespectful, and very slow on purpose because they were not in a hurry! It shouldn't take 30mins to make 2 sandwiches!!I don't recommend this place at all!! I would say order beforehand but that was a joke as well they still made you wait for your food another 15mins after you arrived.I understand now why this place goes through so much GM and staff. Whoever owns this district really needs to step up and take responsibility for this mess. Stop hiring bodies and start hiring responsible adults!

NEVER ORER ONLINE:they have gotten my online order wrong 3 different times, I go in and they're helpful and can make the sandwich right, but I see no point in wasting my time and gas to order online only to get home and having to go back because they forget half of the stuff that goes on the sandwich even though they have the ORDER RECEIPT in front of them.

The manager miss Venita is such a sweetheart every time I go. I normally order through the app and by the time I get there, she already has my order ready or is working on it. Even the rest of the crew are always helpful and attentive. They all address me by my name, which is a nice touch. The food is always good, no complaints there. Place is maintained properly, clean and decorated nicely. Definitely a place to go. Just be mindful that on peak times, there might be a bit of a wait.

Ordered multiple times from this location and never had an issue then we decided to order online and pick up. Got home and sandwiches were made wrong with wrong bread. Allergies forced one from being eaten. Traffic is terrible getting to this location from home so there was no going back. Called number on bottom of receipt like it says to do and no one answered, Contacted Subway customer service and manager replied next day and I responded back but 13 days later still hasn’t responded back to my follow up emails so this location is not worth going back again.

Pay extra for meat not extra at all also drive extra miles to use drive thru not working at all seems down months ago, also is the smoke shop inside subway? Strong smell!!!!! Bad bad

Came on a Tues afternoon, 230pm, after 5 hours driving, 2nd day of a 16+hr long trip, and the man and woman working together were the nicest! Super pleasant and friendly. Seemed to enjoy their job, welcoming everyone that came in. I had 4 12 in sandwiches in my order. Mostly all the same with 1 with cheese. By accident they put cheese on one that didn't want it and they had no problems fixing it. Best subway I've ever been too and the sandwiches were delicious. Having moved here a year ago I found subways to be lackluster. I'll drive 2 hours for this one!

Dee served me today he was very nice and smiled he even gave me a cup of ice from the back since the ice machine was broken. He served me after an upset customer that was very rude about the restaurant being out of stock of an ingredient... something the staff can not control and reacted in the most professional way me and a couple others tipped him for his excellent service the food was great the bread was great and the food tasted fresh. He Handled my sandwich perfectly :) I would definitely recommend if he's there! Smells great in there too!

2 male employees wed dec 28. 2022 gave me burnt bread, crumpled up meat, scarce vegetables. Would not give me extra, put them in cookie bag not even in a plastic container. Tasted horrible. Tried calling 2 days, let it ring 10minutes, noone answered. Noone takes pride in their work anymore. Such laziness!!!
