Food and wait staff great. However one of the waitresses child came in and was screaming mommy. He then sat at the Bar screaming mommy and he wanted apple juice. His mom gave him Lemonade and he whined and screamed more. He then took off towards the back of the restaurant. Next thing he was behind the Bar going into the coolers and refrigerators. They sat him at the Bar once again and he was pouting while waiting for his Mac and cheese. Screaming he wanted Apple juice.

With all the reviews of great fish and chips I was excited to try these. I never send food back but my fish was mushy and the breading was not crispy. They remade it for me, but it was the same. In fact it really was inedible, 90% of it found the trash.
On the bright side server was very pleasant, atmosphere was nice and the others in my group liked their food, nothing special but good.

Fish was still frozen Over cooked batter. Extremely rude waitress. Over priced. That's funny tony as I don't wear boots and even if I did, they wouldn't be dirty.
We pre booked a table for 18.45pm for a party of 6 as you can't book for 7 1 was a child anyway and was greeted with oh I have a party of 11 in soon so you'll have to sit there (a booth) with a chair on the end. Seemed was too much effort. Weve been to this bar in previous years last time was 2017 great atmosphere etc before.
We ordered the classic Indian curry with naan bread and basmatti rice. That was not curry. Was very chewy leathery chicken chunks with greasy fried onions and peppers topped with a gravy looking "curry sauce" along with 2 tiny triangles of naan bread and cant decide if it was under cooked or overcooked rice which was hard and burnt. The chips the children had with their meals were hard greasy and had a smell of over used cooking oil. My son asked for the chicken kebab, taking the tomatoes and lettuce off all he got was chicken on a pitta no chips nothing. There was 1 lady waiting on a few tables I understand she was busy however when we paid and she saw meals not touched she continued to tell me the gratuity % as there was 7 of us. Very disappointed not the bar we remember and have been visiting since 2010.

The best fish n chips we've had in years!! Light, crispy, so tasty! Portion was so plentiful thought it was the larger meal. We were on vacation and am longing to go back. Excellent service, we had a party of 10 and the food came out fast and hot. The gentleman serving us was friendly, efficient and just delightful. Loved this little place.
