This is a high traffic establishment. A lot of customers here. I put the online order and was ready in 12 minutes. Pretty good turnaround.

Been here several times. Everytime, I haven't had any issues.
Today however, They messed up my order. I didn't realize it until I got on the road...Ugghhh, I got the dorito hard shell tacos. I wanted the Chalupas..
Needless to say the tacos were falling apart in my hands...The most unenjoyable lunch....AWEFUL!!

The people working at this location are very friendly and helpful. They checked in a couple of times while I was waiting for my order.
The food itself was just okay. The portions were really not up to par, which is the chief complaint and the reason for the 1 star reduction. There was, quite literally, one ounce of meat and a tiny pinch of cheese on the tacos, with a majority of it being lettuce. I could have ordered vegetarian tacos and gotten the same.

Man idk I did 2 doordash orders here and both I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get the food. Ruined my whole night. Ive eaten here before too and I had no issues but now its like come on. They got a bunch of young boys running this location at night time and all they do is play around and talk crap. Not to mention I seen 3 little roaches running around but hey what do I know. No way an order takes 30 minutes to complete thought and I know that for a fact. So irritating

My boyfriend went to go pick up an online order from here and they gave him the wrong food, so he went back to get the correct order & the girl in the drive thru took it and handed it to somebody else waiting on their order. Honestly not even sure how that could possibly be that persons order either since he left, was gone for at least ten minutes and then came back. Mind you, he OPENED one of the crunch wraps completely just to see if it was ours and the lady handed it to a completely different customer. Then they’re gonna tell us they can’t give us a refund since it’s an online order. Y’all are nasty over there. RIP to whoever ordered the two crunchwraps, a quesadilla, and a bean burrito because either your order got given to somebody else and/or it was touched by outside people.

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this Taco Bell recently. Last week, they messed up my order, and I didn’t realize it until I had already driven off. Because of heavy traffic, I couldn’t turn around and go back to get it fixed.
Today, I tried to use my reward check-in, and they told me I couldn’t use it inside and had to go through the drive-thru instead. It made no sense, and the staff didn’t seem able to clearly explain why, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.
Overall, this location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I hope they can improve their communication and attention to detail, because right now it’s unacceptable.

My husband picked up a Crunchwrap Supreme through the drive-thru, and for the second time there was NO BEEF inside—literally none. It was very disappointing, it tasted HORRIBLE, and we’re paying for something we didn’t receive. The Crunchwrap was so empty it couldn’t even keep its hexagonal shape. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on these repeated issues.

It's annoying to visit a Restaurant and have the employees put your order in whatever box they want to or just put it all in a bag and say(figuratively) good luck.
