They are always out of everything. There is homeless living infront/side of the store, the kids are just making you sit in the line discouraging business. It could be a real money maker. There are never supervisors to do anything. Don't even bother getting stuck In Their lane.

Mid af... Staff needs to step it up. Burritos shouldn't be hard. Quit using old tortillas and read the order... When we say no beans, it means NO BEANS. Go back to school, you aren't fit for the food industry

I placed a mobile order at 2300 Deer Creek Commerce Ln, Davenport, FL 33837. My order was supposed to be ready by 11:53 AM. I waited more than 20 minutes past the pickup time. When I went inside, the guy asked me if I already ordered; I told him that I have a mobile order and provided the name of the order. But, he didn’t check to ensure that someone is working on my order. After 10 minutes, a family came in and ordered using kiosk and got their food in a few minutes. There’s only one lady preparing the food, another older lady was putting stickers on trays in the kitchen and three guys were hiding behind the kitchen counter chatting. Not until I asked for status of my order, another guy checked the system to pull my order out, then three ladies started to work on my order. I did not get my order until 12:16 PM. The purpose of mobile order is to grab and go! It took them half an hour to prepare mobile order! They didn’t even apologize!! Unacceptable!!!

FOUR TIMES IN A ROW they've shorted me on my order, this time by a few items. Worst track record I've seen for a TB in over 30 years. I even ask them to double check the order because I keep getting shorted. Even with double checking... STILL shorting me. Whole family is waiting for me to bring their dinner. Going all the way back just isn't doable. Highly recommend hiring people who can count to at least 10. If not, teach them. Would management be okay with having their paycheck shorted 4 times in a row?

Worst. taco. bell. ever. waited like 25 minutes in the drive through for cold burritos and missing items. also waited 5 more minutes for the manager of this establishment to throughly inspect and finger our food as he did not believe he made a mistake, when realizing he was indeed wrong he didn’t even apologize as he blamed his employee who was embarrassed on his behalf and extremely apologetic for his behavior. don’t come here unless you want your food violated by a manager who clearly has trust issues.

Terrible if I could give a 0 I would. Ordered a veggie item with no cheese on it. Apparently they don't know how to read and put cheese in it. Took it back and received another one with meat in it y'all had one job a veggie no cheese is that so hard to make ? If you have a reading difficulty you shouldn't be working here. Just saying

Picture this, your power is out because of hurricane milton. It's been 3 days. Power company tells you it's not going to come back on for another week. You decide to take the family for a drive just to cool off with the cars AC. Spirits are low but we are making it through. And there it is, a glimmer of hope, taco bell is open. You are rush to the drive thru, eager to eat something that doesn't come out of a can. And just like that, BAM. You're hit with the glowing menu. You notice, there is a cheese-it supreme. The whole family is in awe. You buy the cheese-it supreme and a regular crunchwrap. You pay. One bite of the cheese-it wrap and you hyperventilate, good thing you got the 2nd regular crunchwrap. I don't think there 2 things that need to stay further apart. Great staff though.
