Orders were wrong from drive thru. How difficult is your job?
The other drive through joints need to go to Taco Bell school. I almost always customize my order. Remove this. Add that. And they nail it every time. Meanwhile a clown down the road can't put an
unhappy meal together.
July 2025 had the freshest food. As of August 2025 the food is somewhat fresh. 4/5

Something from your order is guaranteed to be missing always they always forget something which is OK mistakes happen however, when you come in with the receipt and explain to them, what’s missing they’re very confrontational. There’s a fairly large female manager. They forgot a burrito from my bag, this manager was standing in the back laughing at me, talking about running cameras for a burrito. Once I called her out, she ran and hid in the back And then another older manager African-American fellow came out who I thought would try to ease the situation however he was very confrontational as well. This place has been a problem for a while corporate really needs to get in there and get some real managers to run the place.

There's a reason why Taco Bell shouldn't be a chicken place. I can't speak for all taco bells, because I've only had their crispy chicken products from this one. But don't do it, this taco bell consistently overcooks their crispy chicken. When their nuggets came out, I tried them from here, and they were overcooked. Yesterday, I got an online offer to try that new crispy chicken burrito for $2.40. So I figured for over half off, I'll give em another chance. Guess what happened when I took my first bite into the burrito. Yep, it was overcooked and dry. I was still there, so I went in and let them know. They obviously couldn't refund me right there since it was an online order, understandable. So they offered to remake it. I declined the same item and told them that I would just take a chicken enchorito since that's about the price I paid. But not before the manager Velma tried to tell me that the chicken wasn't overcooked even after showing her what it looked like and that I was crazy for thinking that chicken wasn't perfect. Taco Bell is not a chicken place, and if the rest of them cook their chicken like this one, they should just leave chicken to KFC. I included a picture of a piece of one of the tenders. Just by looking at it, you can't tell me that it's not overcooked. For what it's worth, this location does make their standard items well.

Cashier working July 8th past 11pm at the window is stealing change from customers. Ordered two cheese quesadillas and an order of nacho fries.
However, I’m not surprised it’s Taco Bell and there’s a reason said person works at a fast food restaurant and doesn’t have a real job.
Absolutely awful staff, rude and unprofessional. As soon as we walked in a very snappy woman told us they dining room was closed and that we would not be able to pay with cash even though they're hours were still very much in effect. Refused water cups to paying customers then gave it to us but complained about how they weren't supposed to. We figured we'd just take the food and move on but the woman gave us a very snarky look and asked us annoyingly if we wanted a bag, we'll yes if we can't eat in we'll need a bag! Never bothering with this location again!!

There was no seasoning on my fries at all and they were cold and didnt even put the cheese dip in the bag more of my order done fully wrong this place needs to be shutdown this is not a fast food allways ur gonna be there for more than 20 minutes even if u get some simple if u dont wanna work then quit that easy

It’s Taco Bell.
The issue I have is they aren’t that busy, but if you use the drive thru they ask you to pull around. It’s a pet peeve of mine. No one is behind me. Why?

My wife went in there last night, you had the most rude and incompetent woman in charge. She was behaving unprofessional and overwhelmed with her standard duties. She took her failures and system issues out on the customers. It ended with that woman canceling our order and dismissing us like peasants. Instead of treating people like customers. We will now advocate against this location and take our business else where. I will be posting this on all our social media until you make it right.

Very disappointed with our experience. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, floors were messy, and the tables were sticky and just gross. To make it worse, when I asked for a cup of water for my kids (who don’t drink soda), we were denied. I find it really upsetting that a place serving food wouldn’t accommodate something as basic as water, especially for children. We won’t be coming back to this location.
Order a nacho bell grande extra every and got bearly anything. Food was old and taste like it was out the bottom of the pan. New Manager was rude and called me John when I showed it my order.. Don't go there. A car waiting so long to get crappie food and the car burt in the drive thru. Just look at the wall.
