Cut the kiosks as soon as we walked in and said to go orders only. Didn’t let us eat inside, and apparently have no babysitter since they bring their kid to work. Will also be emailing corporate 🙂‍↕️.

I'm going to start with these tables. Taco Bell is on way too much business to be allowing the world's stickiest tables to remain in the restaurant. The service isn't service at all. Looks like everyone's clocking in and looking right down at the prep tables. People are walking in and out and rarely do you see a staff member look up to help the next customer. Let's just face it, experiences like this remind me just how bad the fast food restaurant business has gotten. With the new screens everywhere, They don't even have to help you. And that's not even bring up the fact that you guys have restaurant prices and you're just about restaurant speed restaurants like this abolish the idea of fast food restaurants. Still love the recipe though. You guys need to work on housekeeping.

I’m giving a 4 star review rather than 5 because outside of Felicia, some of the other workers are not very friendly and can be rude, but Felicia is the absolute sweetest and best employee there by a mile! Always smiling and is very, very pleasant every time I see her at the window! Thank you Felicia!

Employees are rude and disrespectful, was in there at 10:23pm. They told me to leave because the dinner room is closed. Plus someone brought their kid to work.

They do the thing at this location where they send you around the building to wait for your food so they can fake their window times

Rude lady at the drive thru line. 11/24/2025 about 8:30pm. This is not the 1st time the same lady. You can do better if your store is going to charge more than other Taco Bell stores.

I will never EVER forget the bad experience i had at this taco bell. (11-16-2025 at 10:30pm) As soon as I walked in the manager was running around yelling at everyone including the customers???? So rude and unprofessional, seemed to be taking out her work problems on the customers and was rude to every single one that came in. Had attitude and made us leave when we wanted to eat (at 10:30?) as if we were supposed to know this and was extremely rude to us in the process. This manager is extremely arrogant and unprofessional, not considered with customer service at all.

Manager I think at the front was the only person talking to customers. When we walked in there was someone who needed help with their order, and she proceeded to yell and berate them. Extremely unpleasant environment and it seems like the rest of the reviewers had the same experience with this woman specifically. This place absolutely needs to be under new management/this lady needs to be fired. As a food service employee myself, this woman should not be working anywhere near others.

Large manager lady is very rude. Was yelling at literally everyone, including the customers????? Was very condescending when telling us to leave the lobby “that’s why I gave it to you in a bag and told you three times”. This woman is taking her job way too serious. Maybe find a different career honey.

This is the slowest and rudest Taco Bell ever. Always a long wait for simple orders, and nasty attitudes.

the person who took my order for my food was extremely rude and sassy towards me and my husband it was a decent sized order after we was finished we pulled up to the window got our food made our way back home which is 30 mins to almost an hour and once we opened our bags to sort through our food we was missing many items and they gave us different items then we ordered aswell to me this was already upsetting experience with the customer service but i am pregnant and i was very hungry so i called with my receipt the moment i realized my food was missing and messed up and told them my situation but 3 horribly rude workers & Manager accused me of lying and saying the items were in the bag but i guess on our way home casper the friendly ghost decided he was hungry tonight and they didn’t forget my items ? i told them id bring back the bag with everything in it and let them go through it themselves i was willing to drive almost a hour back! but they kept saying i was lying and there’s absolutely nothing they can do this place needs new workers or shut down completely if you are going to have such a terrible attitude while working with peoples food then you shouldn’t be working in a taco bell or anywhere that handles food so inconsiderate they made me feel so terrible about something they messed up i ended up crying and not even eating the messed up food something needs to be done about this no one deserves to be treated this way but i guess it happens often considering there are so many one star reviews

⭐☆☆☆☆
Extremely Disappointing and Disrespectful Experience

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell (7480 Osceola Polkline Rd, Davenport, FL). I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up. I could clearly see my order sitting there, but it wasn’t placed in the correct mobile pickup spot, so I waited, assuming the staff would acknowledge me soon.

Unfortunately, I waited nearly 10 minutes while several employees walked back and forth—one even took another customer’s order to the counter—but no one ever greeted or acknowledged me. When another customer, who happened to be Hispanic, walked in, she was greeted almost immediately. Watching that unfold made me feel completely ignored and disrespected.

As an African American customer in a predominantly Hispanic community, I couldn’t help but feel that the lack of acknowledgment toward me might have been racially motivated. Whether intentional or not, it was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. No customer should ever feel overlooked or disrespected because of who they are.

I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how their staff treats customers—everyone deserves to be treated right
