Ordered a special and expensive arrangement for a friend that just reached a HUGE milestone. They called and told us that they were out of her favorite flowers and would substitute others. Annoying but that’s fine. Proceed to delivery day, the arrangement arrives looking bare as hell with hardly any of the flowers from the photo, mostly stems and leaves. And they added flowers that I specifically asked that they not add due to pets. Called them to understand what the heck happened, only for them to return to my friends home the next day and TAKE BACK the flowers and balloons without bringing a replacement. We’ve been given no refund. Do NOT do business with this place. It’s a disaster. Their yelp rating says it all.

Flowers that arrived were NOT what was pictured. Less than half the flowers in the picture and most were dead. When called upon to fix it that took the flower back and no refund given. Do not give this place your business.

This place is dispicable. How dare they deliver half dead flowers to my sick grandmother and then when I call them to complain, they say they will fix but in reality turn around and take the flowers from her and basically tell me screw you?! What kind of costumer service is this? The scam that this place is running is beyond disgusting. The arrangement she received looked nothing like the photo at all! All I tried to do was put a smile on her face and ended up in complete DISAPPOINTMENT. SHAME ON YOU! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Who the hell un-delivers flowers? The flower corner does. A bouquet and balloons were ordered for a friend. When they arrived they looked nothing like the bouquet that was ordered. When called to rectify the situation, after promise of a refund they returned the next day to take the flowers and balloons back?? I'm sorry, i don't know if this is the owners first time running a business, or if they just want to fail, but you don't make a mistake and then punish the customer for it. But if the frankly sparse flowers they added to the arrangement are really such a loss for them that they have to reposes them then maybe they shouldn't be in business.

Flowers received looked nothing like flowers purchased - bouquet was noticeably smaller and had different flowers than pictured. Was told replacement flowers would be sent however that was NOT the case. Instead they TOOK BACK the original bouquet and balloons that were PAID FOR. No replacements received. Got the run around from customer service. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and order flowers elsewhere.

The flowers delivered were not the ones that were ordered. They looked horrible. They weren’t fresh and were very wilted. Then, they called the person who received them as a gift and went and took the flowers and balloons back. They didn’t give a replacement or a refund. Horrible customer service, horrible way to do business. I would NOT order from here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this shop at all! Awful customer service and can't even deliver what they promise. The bouquet the sent looked nothing like the picture, the flowers were wilted, and didn't even have the flowers that were asked for. When contacted about the issue and requested for a replacement no refund was received and they took the flowers and balloons back! What a joke of a shop.

Arrangement delivered looked nothing like pictured. Said they would fix the issue, then turned around and just took the flowers back. No refund, no replacement, and no explanation. Absolutely furious. 10/10 Do NOT recommend. And have the day you deserve.

Should be zero stars.Unprofessional and unreliable.Flowers delivered were not like the image and even placed lilies in the bouquet when they were NOT requested and could have harmed my friend's pet.Told us that they would send a replacement, which they did not and had phoned my friend to TAKE BACK the flowers and balloons that were purchased - WITHOUT GIVING A REFUND!

0 stars. Absolutely garbage experience. Dying flowers, bouquet that looked NOTHING like the picture, completely different flowers than shown, half the size advertised. And then when told that they would fix the issue, they lied, and instead TOOK THE FLOWERS BACK. What kind of business is this??? Since when is it EVER acceptable to do that? Absolutely do NOT recommend interacting with this business, you lose braincells just by talking with them.
