BEST SERVICE & FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! They treated all 10 of us like Family from the time we walked in until we left. We arrived at 8pm on chilly Sat nite (& not crowded), what a wonderful staff and we truly appreciated their kindness, which is so rare these days. This is a smaller location with no outdoor seating. (Only wished corporate hadn't taken the Margaritas off the menu, BAD decision for a Mexican place!) Thank You for a wonderful dining experience!

I used to love this place… Now I go maybe every once in a while. This place advertises one price but the end price isn’t even close to the price stated. They charge extra for everything and every time they conveniently “forget” the chicken. Every single person in there always complains about how there’s no chicken. They charge $1.20 for beans and put nothing in… no really you can’t find any beans but you get charged $1.20 for it now when it was free for so many years & beans are so cheap! Yet now you pay for them and they don’t exist! The staff is super rude, and never ever around. The food taste so terrible, bland, and barely any food! If you’re looking for a place to hit the spot, or just good food this isn’t it! This place is going to lose all its customers and they deserve too! Go to Taco Bell! It’s taste 10x better & it’s cheaper! As you can see in the picture now the tacos aren’t even 1/3 of the taco which it’s a taco fill it up! And there’s no chicken or beans.

This place has gone down hill. Use to go often. Always on their deal days. Was a frequent costumer. Now I go every now and then. And now I’m about done going. They no longer charge extra for lemonade now, they charge for a whole drink!!!! Lemonade is not that expensive. I work at a restaurant I would never charge extra for lemonade. They charge extra for beans. I can buy a whole can of refried beans cheaper than they charge. It’s ridiculous. I understand maybe a few cents but $1 + is very steep. Don’t recommend. Also it’s not every location. I frequent work trips in Orlando and the one by the mall doesn’t charge extra and I went last Thursday there.

Order one Shredded chicken burrito that’s it. It did not have much chicken but double the rice. Was not the best I had at this location. Took almost 20 mins for my burritos to come out . Some of the sauce stands had old stains of sauce that was black caked around the pump especially the green sauce pump. It was gross.

I went today ordered my food at 1:37 and I didn’t get my food till almost an hour later at 2:27 is when they handed me my food mind you this was my first time here it was 10 minutes from my job I was on my lunch break everybody that was after me who was dining in was getting their food and everybody after me who had placed orders for takeout we’re still getting their food before me. I don’t know if they thought it was Sunday fun day for me, but I also had to return to work. I don’t know if they did this on purpose as I don’t know the reason why I placed my order and everybody after me was getting it before hand for it to be almost an hour of me sitting there waiting is incredibly disrespectful. The food on the other hand was hot as it should’ve been but it was OK nothing crazy I only ordered two tacos and a fluta combo. I ended up being $27 and by the time I was able to eat my food I wasn’t even hungry anymore although I still ate it and the lady who took my order was nice but I didn’t appreciate having to wait an excessive amount of time when I know that there was no need to put my order on hold to wait for the rush to die then give me my order When I was the first person before many and then it started getting filled up. Even a family who is eating noticed that I was there for a long time and said something they did apologize for the way after 45 minutes but I do not appreciate it.

Worst experience ever, I’ll never recommended to anyone.
