I had to give one star because google doesn’t allow you to put none this place is so nasty the food department needs to come in here and shut it down from the person taking the orders to the person cooking the food it’s disgusting and while waiting for my husbands food a cockroach fell on me or climb on me a roach !!!!! the place looks unsanitary I feel bad for anyone still eating at this place legit is sooooooo dirtyyyyy

I come here pretty often. The staff is always very nice and will bend over backwards. They do get pretty busy but are quick to get food out. They keep me coming back!

The food was delicious and we truly enjoyed our experience. There was an issue at the beginning with my daughter’s order, which unfortunately was delayed due to a cashier’s mistake. Thankfully, the manager handled the situation with great professionalism—apologizing right away and removing the item from the bill. Mistakes can happen, but the way they were resolved showed excellent customer service. Overall, the food was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, and with a bit more attention from the staff, this place can be outstanding for both locals and tourists. Highly recommend!

Food had little flavor. The sauces are mostly just hot and spicy. None of the sauces were just savory. One young lady at the counter was very nice and helpful the other made it clear she does not want to have a job.

Ordered Tijuana Flats for the first time on Thursday after living here for the past 3 months. Would highly recommend. Big bang for your buck on a Thursday especially.

Lunch was great. Seemed like the lady behind the counter was overwhelmed and I think she was the only one there. A few customers who were waiting in line walked out.

Took over 20 minutes to order. Many others were waiting for their food. After 10 minutes of sitting waiting for our food, we were told it would be another 20 minutes for our simple order. Only one employee and one manager were working. Felt bad for them but does not make up for poor planning. There was also one guest with a large family that was so loud and obnoxious. I do not blame TF for that but he needed to be told to stop being so obnoxious! We do not plan on ever returning.
