Loved thi$ place. Yummmmmmmm, but price$ are much higher than expected. If you lower them, more people would come more often & your Business would bloom. The Town is mostly Military Families, & we all struggle to make ends meet. At least in Military Towns, people should expect lower taxes, instead of higher, lower groceries, & lower everything as a living appreciation of their value to our Country. Why is this not implemented everywhere, i don't know!

But the smoothies are great, all of them!!! Been there a few times . . . šŸ’” šŸ˜… šŸ’• It's a love, but I'm broke, kind of thing! Kudos for cleanliness when I visited also!

The smoothies are good, but the service is so slow. I arrived at noon time and waited 11 minutes at the register where no one assisted to take my order. I ended up ordering online, and the order said it'll be ready at 12:20. No, I still waited until 12:30 when the order was ready. There were 3 workers and many people waiting on their order when I arrived. Maybe they need 6 or 8 workers instead of 3 to get orders done.

I got the island punch smoothie which was so good! Husband got the peanut paradise but unfortunately he said it has a bad aftertaste and not enough peanut butter. Their chicken Caesar salad, however, was so nasty. The salad overall looked like the salad kits you can get at the supermarket, the lettuce was going bad, it had what I assume were parmesan crisps (tasted weird), the chicken smelled and tasted funny. It was just not fresh at all. We would recommend for the smoothies but not the food.

I have been trying to get in touch with the owner for a little over a month now over 2 separate canceled orders that were both wrong. Tropical smoothie delivers through a 3rd party company (doordash), which i was able to easily get in touch with to cancel my order, but because the orders were made directly through tropical smoothie's app, they have to send the refund. To this day, an entire MONTH later, i have NO REFUND for $50 worth of food i never got, despite calling over 5 times now, leaving my name & number each time, & cancelations being initiated by doordash. I have received absolutely no help from the staff at this location. This is the one & only place I've ever dealt with where the customer service representatives aren't even allowed to give their 1st names for "security purposes" so I have no idea who I've even talked to & the owner has been unreachable, as they never know when he'll even be there, & has made no attempt to get back in touch with me. So at this point, I'm 100% sure I'm being given the run around, just as I'm sure that any acknowledgment made will be the same automated apology that every single complaint I've seen receives. It's such a disappointment because I used to love tropical smoothie, & this location received a majority of my business over the years, but this whole experience has turned me off to the company in general, especially since they don't even have a corporate number to get in touch with & any reviews have to be left through an automated system. To any future delivery customers, i highly suggest you don't order for delivery here because even if it's wrong, you will never see your money again or receive any direct help from anyone that can do absolutely anything for you. To in-store customers, make sure you're taking a good look at your food before you leave.

It’s 4th of July week 2024, I came here three days in a row and every single day. They are out of aƧai bowls.. there’s no sign on the door that says that they’re out of aƧai bowls they let me go in. We don’t line get all the way to the cashier only put the cashier to say ā€œsorry we’re out today.ā€ But also three days out every single day either get more supply or do better planning, but that’s unacceptable

I ordered a flatbread with plant-based meat, but unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite the girl at the register confirming my order for a plant-based option and then making it herself, I received a sandwich with only tomatoes and lettuce (WHO DOES THAT?). It wasn’t until I returned and showed them the sandwich that I was informed they had run out of plant-based meat.

This experience was frustrating and left me questioning the competence of the staff. How does one make a sandwich without checking the order or informing the customer beforehand? It’s an example of carelessness that’s hard to overlook.

I hope this feedback encourages them to improve their order management and communication with customers in the future. The incompetence is inexcusable.

Making sandwiches on a disgusting surface can lead people to food poisoning. Let your staff know to prep people’s food with prep paper! Don’t make people’s food on a dirty table filled with chemicals. How inconsiderate of people’s health. Terrible experience at this franchise. Spoke with the owners(Emily) face to face about their sanitary practices at this location and it was very dismissive after my wife got food poisoning. Found out they make the food on unclean tables with no sandwich prep paper underneath. Imagine cleaning the tables with chemicals and placing a flatbread right after on it. She said she doesn’t see nothing wrong with it and said every restaurant in the industry makes their sandwiches like this as it’s standard practice. Last time I checked Subway, Jimmy John’s, Publix, and etc..all make their sandwiches with prep paper. She also claimed to have no negative reviews, well on yelp and google reviews clearly says otherwise. The other negative reviews are also about discrimination as well as other things so I’m happy to know I’m not the only one. Her and her husband were extremely rude, aggressive and condescending towards me. I’m glad I submitted a review to the Department of Health!
