That place is full a teenagers that doesn’t even welcome you. My açaí took for ever, I stand there for a while no one asked me if I was helped or needed anything. They were all on their cellphone like they were just chillin in their house. Then later than the scheduled time an employee literally put in a bad way my pick-up order, like hello I’m standing right there I can see you plus I see how slowwww he was making that açaí bowl like maybe waiting for his lunch time or something so time could pass by. I asked for extra Nutella no extra Nutella was there even tho I paid for it. No silverware was in the bag either. These teenagers need to know what customer service is. Management think about this before you even hire a bunch of kids that don’t care about your customers. Plus the place smell weird and the young lady in cashier “taking care” of a customer was yelling to her co worker to heat the food because she wanted some of it with the customer there looking at her. Zero professionalism. Never coming back to this location. Specially at night. This is my second time, first time was nicer and welcomed and was during the day but this time awful experience.

I ordered from the store on Wednesday at 10:22 AM. When my order came I only had a smoothie I ordered a smoothie a kale slaw southwest wrap and all I received was a smoothie I ordered today. I ordered the same thing D South West rap I always take off the egg. They sent me a wrap that was not a Southwest wrap. There was no spinach. There was no sauce that they put in the southwest wrap. It was chicken and cheese. Disgusting. I’m so disappointed in this establishment. Two days this week and they did not get my order right one time don’t nobody have money to just give away

The food here is always good this time. I had the colata. And buffalo chicken wrap.

The service today was trash !!!! The girls in the back on their phones and you can hear them at the front door . The young man they had helping guest doesn’t even greet you nor does he say anything when handing you the order . Service here appears to be getting worse .

I love tropical smoothies. This past week, I tried the watermelon mojito. But just wanted the watermelon and strawberry in it. Very refreshing. Usually get the Bahama Mama. In El Salvador they make the iced drink with watermelon sooo good. I highly recommend Tropical Smoothie.

Extremely slow! It took them 20 mins to make a smoothie and quesadilla. It wasn’t even packed.

I unfortunately ordered a breakfast online through their app and went to pick it up. I got home and noticed a small piece of tape, hair and a staple inside the food.

We're on vacation and literally came here three times for breakfast. Each encounter we had different staff members let me just say all the staff is amazing and so polite. Such a good hard-working crew at this location. Keep up the good work, ladies and the gentlemen behind the scenes. Goodbye from your Philly family.

I walked into my local smoothie shop and it was a great experience the lady in the front welcomed nicely when I walked in I loved her red hair and piercings she took my order and was very complimentary she made sure everything that I was allergic to was not in my smoothie. The employees are very understanding and I will definitely be coming here more often. 10/10 customer service.

Terrible experience. Saw a cockroach on the table. Asked for a refund. Was given the refund then a day later saw that I had been charged. Had to dispute with my bank which took 3 weeks. Go to a different location.

I had an incredible experience thanks to Melody and Katie at Tropical Smoothie! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and great energy. They were fast, friendly, and absolutely nailed my order. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers and take pride in what they do. The smoothie was perfect, and the service made it even better. Melody and Katie are the kind of team that makes you want to come back every day. Keep up the amazing work!

I asked the girl to please clean all the black mold and residue from the previous drink. She refused. Said they don’t use soap or sponge just spay water. This place should get shut down. This is my neighborhood store. If they can’t properly sanitize the blender cup then I’m going g to call food and licensing. Davenport location on Lake Wilson.
